UNBEATEN 41212(2) CUSTOM TACTICS & INSTRUCTIONS. 📖 • With the Instructions I use it defends in a 442 which negates the actual weakness of the formation which is in the wide areas similar to the 4321. • The instruction to have the CAM on come back on defence makes them drift out to the left side of the pitch making them act as a left mid on defence. • To give yourself an even more attacking threat I recommend having either your Left back or Right back to overlap whichever one is the more attacking player should be the one use. Narrated two-minute walkthrough of my son's Trump Account. A few highlights... 1. App is 3 parts: Account Balance, Contribute, and Learn 2. Tons of forecasting/modeling to see how the account grows with your child 3. Just completed back to back surgeries and got knocked out twice in a row. I wasn’t even recovered from the 1st one and I had to go right into the 2nd. The last 4 hours were an absolute blur. Without functional kidneys, it becomes even harder to snap out of it because my kidneys aren’t filtering out the drugs. Looks like I’ll be back on hemo for a bit (which means no more showers) until my abdomen is healed and then I can go back on PD. Elon Musk just told Joe Rogan every app on your phone will be dead in 5 years. Not struggling. Not declining. Dead. Musk: “You’ll get everything through AI.” Rogan asked the timeline. It's official. OpenAI just launched SORA 2... and an entirely new social app. Truthfully... I wanted to hate this. The idea of an endless turbo slop scroller is just… nightmare fuel to me. BUT. The reason I think Sora (the app) might actually just work, is that it’s a multiplayer meme-creation machine. It’s fun. It doesn’t take itself seriously. I think of it like a super advanced evolution of JibJab. The group chats will love it. Now… personally, I'd guess that I will be churning after the novelty fades… but I wouldn’t be surprised if they built some meaningful network effects here. But let’s talk about the model. Sora 2 is an instant Veo 3 alternative. It actually produces better physics, better audio, and deeper realism imo. It can also generate up to 15 seconds of video. Where it falls short is that it’s limited to 720p right now. We can assume 1080p and 4k exist, but the compute cost associated would probably not be economically viable for OpenAI. Okay back to the app. You can create a model after your own likeness, for yourself OR other people to use as a “cameo.” You have control over who and how someone can use your likeness. I’m “rpn24” on the app. If you have access to the app (it’s invite-only for now) – go ahead and create whatever you want using me (for now). I'm not too worried because OpenAI leaned heavily into moderation for launch. Which is probably smart because I expect the media and general public to blast this at first. They’ve also taken further precautions to protect your likeness. You can not export or save a video with someone else's likeness on it, and screen recording is disabled. Also Sora is testing (first I know of its kind) an algorithm you can prompt.

figured out how i got hacked and this is INSANE….. this one connected app i had made it look like it was just a UI bug or an invalid session, but you have to SCROLL through a bunch of blank lines to get to the bottom in order to revoke permissions actually blew my mind seeing that it was so easy to fix, i must have connected to SOME site a while ago and fell for the social engineering that made me think it doesn’t let me revoke be careful out there yall

Athena talked to us about her rivalry with Asuka and said she would like to have one more match with her. “Oh, man. Like Asuka is one of those people, that’s a forever rival for me. Like when we were back on the indies, we actually ended up wrestling at Shimmer Women’s Wrestling. That’s where we met. We had one of the hardest hitting matches I think I’ve had in my career then, and then fast forward to WWE NXT for the NXT Women’s Championship. Asuka is my yin to my yang. I really hope she’s not stepping away. I’ve actually been trying to get a hold of her because I lost a whole bunch of people’s numbers when I switched my phone and everything. But man, talk about someone who’s just the epitome of what legendary status is or what a living legend is. I, to some extent, don’t feel like people really understand how much she’s done for wrestling as a whole. Like from grinding on the indies to being like an independent contractor in Japan to getting signed to WWE. Not only that, like just excelling in WWE in every form and facet from match to match, but never changing who she was as a person, a character. I couldn’t be more proud, more happy for her. I hate her in that same breath, of course. I also feel like I have to have one more match eventually and hope that this isn’t it. This isn’t the long goodbye, if you will. But like, Asuka’s one of those people that I wouldn’t be who I am as a performer, as an athlete, if she wasn’t in my life. If she wasn’t on the opposite side of the ring. I don’t think I would have gotten anything really if I didn’t have that experience with her."

Don’t see enough love for Seal Rows on the timeline These are one of my favourite back exercises because your chest is supported, so you can’t use your lower back or swing the weight to cheat the rep Which means your upper back and lats have to do almost all of the work It’s one of the easiest rows to progress because every rep starts from the same position, making it much harder to fool yourself into thinking you’re getting stronger by using momentum Also this is hard to explain, maybe it’s just me, but seal rows have a completely different feel to any other row Even though the movement pattern is similar to a seated chest-supported row Lying face down changes the whole sensation It feels like you’re pulling the weight straight up into your body rather than back towards you It’s one of those exercises that just feels amazing lol Seal row supremacy

Last week, I shared my concerns about Graham Platner serving in the Senate after he mocked a Purple Heart recipient. This week, I find out that he was using social messaging app, Kik, to sext with women. Back in 2024, I told Shawn Ryan about the dangers of platforms like Kik and how sexual predators were using it to prey on children so they can extort and blackmail the most innocent. I’ve hunted down these predators for years and Kik is one of the leading platforms that they use. It’s unsettling and disturbing that a potential U.S. Senator would use one of these apps that is known to be a playground for fraudsters and blackmailers. Just imagine how Russia, China or Iran could extort and blackmail a U.S. Senator like Platner? The Democrat Party should take a long look in the mirror and do a better job of finding their gimmick candidates. Someone with the judgement of Platner should be nowhere near an elected office.

I think I discovered the cheapest way to code with AI 😁 I tried GLM 4.5 on Claude Code and I'm really amazed how good this model is! I usually test with my nextjs crm app benchmark so I asked it to do that. Prompt "create a nextjs app which is a crm app. use sqlite for the database and use api routes to manage connecting to the database from the frontend" My observations - Generation feels like Sonnet 4 intelligence - Speed is great - It used create-next-app so it bootstrapped nextjs v15.5.2 - It created a sqlite database and used Prisma ORM and helped me easily add seed data - I needed a few prompts to iron out minor issues but all's good. It didn't struggle or got stuck. - Spent $0.50 for this app. Could be way cheaper with the Z.ai sub plans After trying, I can say GLM 4.5 model is up there as the best open source model for coding. Dear Catholics, this is not the time for Hallelujah Challenge. This is lenten season. There is an app called Hallow by Alex at Hallow. This app made me fall in love with the Catholic Church. It was this app that opened my eyes to all the beauties I didn't know that the Catholic Church has. This app has converted many people to the Catholic Christian faith. It has brought many Catholics who were confused about the Catholic faith back to the Church. If you are looking for where to grow richly in knowledge of the Catholic Church, this app is for you. It contains all the novenas and litanies you can think of. Mark Wahlberg, the popular Hollywood actor, taught me how to recite the rosary perfectly on this app. This app contains "Bible in a Year" and catechism podcast that was recorded by fathermikeschmitz during the covid lockdown. Fr. Mike read and explained the entire Bible from Genesis to Revelation and explained it in such a way that it fits in our world today. Many Genzs all over the world have returned back to the Catholic Church because of this Hallow App. It also contains many gregorian chants and radio drama of many Saints that you can listen to. Saints like St. Valentine, St. Josephine Bahkita, St. Lucy, St. Patrick, St. Pope John Paul the Great, St. Padre Pio, and too many to count. There is also the children section if you are looking at wanting your kids to grow in the Catholic faith. This app has these and many more. Hallow is currently on a #pray40 Lent challenge, and today is Day 2. (Peep my current streak lol. Is there any Nigerian living in Nigeria who has this streak???) So please, head to your playstore or applestore as the case may be and download the Hallow app. I promise you, you'd be greatly blessed by this. So, in this Lenten season, we are returning back to the Faith. We are returning back to Jesus.
