Back in 1973 two Daleks went missing, presumed stolen, from BBC Television Centre. Blue Peter's John, Val and Peter appealed for their return, alongside a Dalek who was threatening the culprits with extermination.

I think you'll find that's Lesley Judd with Peter and John.

Felix Hoenniker Medical Murder Mystery Felix isn't looking for trouble. His day job as a neurosurgeon at a gritty New York City trauma hospital keeps him plenty busy. If there's one thing he can't stand, though, it's injustice. Check it out

Its not made explicitly clear in this. But the daleks stolen were classic fiberglass daleks that had been in service since the B&W era (one of them was created for the chase & performed alongside Peter!) Thats why they clarified that they were hollow: not the newer “Solid” Daleks

Last seen catching the 207 bus to Hayes End

Found in Dulwich & Ealing respectively

Lesley Judd, not Val.

Believe they were found eventually, albeit one of them being damaged…

interesting to listen to a young keir starmer practicing his public speaking skills.

Fkme they really pushed the boat out on the reward.

Jason the Siamese was the most laid-back Blue Peter cat. Mildly startled when dalek first came on, then took it all in his stride. The other cats would run off as soon as the presenters said ‘Hello!’ at the start of the programme.

The Dr Who dvd sets are one of the finest examples of why losing physical media is a tragedy. The fantastically interesting extras they'd cram on there was so good.
