Asked Jayson Tatum if he feels like there’s been a turning point with the joy he’s felt on the floor as of late: “Klay [Thompson] told me this after we played them the first time, he’s just like, ‘Man, he’s like one thing he wished he did more, when he first came back was just give himself more grace. He was like, ‘There's not too many people understand what this injury is like and coming back and the ups and downs, physically and mentally that you deal with.’ That's just something I've tried to continue to remind myself. It’s a balance of being a competitor and wanting to be the best version of yourself, but I just kind of try to remember, I've came a long way, and I'm grateful to be where I'm at. I wasn't 100% sure I was even gonna be able to play this year, so the fact that I'm able to go out there and contribute even what I'm doing now is a big win.” Has he been applying Klay’s advice? “I try. JENNINGS: “Yeah, he called me this morning before I did my radio show. We talked for about 17 minutes.” “You know, he talked a lot about the situation with Iran, talked a little bit about Ukraine and what’s going on in Europe.” “I told him I had been to the Teddy Roosevelt library. We talked a little bit about the history of the vice presidency and how Roosevelt had transformed that and the modern presidency. This is probably one of the best clips from Charlie Kirk, and I say that knowing that it’s very hard to choose when almost every one of his clips was so important. We don’t have anybody right now that is capable of reaching young people like he did and that’s because he was never afraid to speak the truth and he backed it up with facts and data. Sadly, that is more rare than a unicorn today. I listened to him all the time and I can tell you that I learned so much because when he would bring up a topic, I would want to go research it further, but this particular topic about why America is a Christian nation may be the most important one of his responses. In this clip, he definitively lays out while America’s a Christian nation, why the 10 Commandments are about morality and not religion, why you will never separate the word Judeo from the word Christian as it relates to our founding and why this country was founded on the Old Testament as much as the New Testament. The reason we are a free country is because we are a Christian nation.

This man was criticized for expecting a “thank you” for a good deed. He always saw the same man walking when he drove to work. He assumed the man was walking because he did not have any other means of transportation. He used his own money and bought the man an electric scooter, the man took the scooter and just silently walked away, no thank you or anything else at all. I don’t think that was too much to ask, a thank you goes a long way, otherwise it makes people look ungrateful. Back in college, I had a classmate that I always saw walking home after class. It didn’t matter whether it was raining or snowing, or hot out. Whenever I drove past him he always looked miserable and I could tell he didn’t like to walk all the time. In class I had asked him where he lived, and I found out it was on my way home so I offered to drop him off because it was really cold out and had snowed about a foot. He agreed and we chatted on the way home, nothing serious just pleasant conversation. I dropped him off and went on my way home. For me this was a one time thing, I only offered because how bad it was snowing. After class the next day, he walked with me and when I got to my car he got in. I didn’t agree or offer him a ride that day but he assumed that since I was ok with giving him a ride the day prior that I would be ok with it this day too. I didn’t say anything about it because at this point I didn’t care really. So the next day came and went, once again he walked with me to the car but that day was different. I wouldn’t be going his way because I had to work after class. So before I got to the car I said “I’ll see you tomorrow.” He looked dumbfounded and said aren’t you taking me home? I said no, I have to get to work. He then asked me how he would get home, and I told him the same way you always have. He then gave me excuses for why I was being a jerk because I was making him walk in the cold. I didn’t argue I just told him I helped him out when I could, but I wasn’t about to go out of my way because he didn’t have a car and besides I didn’t want to be late for work. He didn’t speak to me for the rest of the semester because of it, something tells me I was better off not offering to help in the first place.

I didn’t say anything about it because at this point I didn’t care really. So the next day came and went, once again he walked with me to the car but that day was different. I wouldn’t be going his way because I had to work after class. So before I got to the car I said “I’ll see you tomorrow.” He looked dumbfounded and said aren’t you taking me home? I said no, I have to get to work. He then asked me how he would get home, and I told him the same way you always have. He then gave me excuses for why I was being a jerk because I was making him walk in the cold. I didn’t argue I just told him I helped him out when I could, but I wasn’t about to go out of my way because he didn’t have a car and besides I didn’t want to be late for work. He didn’t speak to me for the rest of the semester because of it, something tells me I was better off not offering to help in the first place.

This shift manager at McDonald’s told this employee to clock out and go home. He’s upset and wants to know why. She told him to clean the lobby and she said it took him two hours, which was way too long. She said he was on his phone and another manager and herself both told him to get off his phone.
