I'm unsure how this showed up in my feed; I don't recall saying out loud that my back was hurting. But for the past 2 days, I've experienced pain in the exact area shown in the picture. I can confirm, doing exercises 2 and 3 alleviated my knot. I hope it doesn't come back.
