Back to my Gidigbo typeface idea I explored sometime in March. Initial plan was just uppercase and a bold weight. Now I’m thinking of the possibility of it having lowercase glyphs & a variable weight axis. Such a “punchy” type. #typedesign #variabletype #africantypography

Blimey! This was a challenge to find. The Brewery Tap pub in Brentford right now. It’s even in my book of Greatest pubs, but when I just came to find it I got totally confused and had to get Google maps out! The street is completely changed since I was here. None of these buildings existed when I last came. Just mentioned to the landlady and she said yes, they’re thinking of having a box of medals on the bar to anyone who manages to find the pub. I’m celebrating finding it with a glass of wine. Cheers 🥂

No break rds! This is uppercuts from start to end. With my coach here making sure I don’t get a breather! This feels like real training, I get to sweat & lose weight. In my previous fights I had to force feed myself to maintain the weight. Only real fighters know that after a hard training session you’re not hungry for a few hrs. Now I can relax then eat. Before it was rushing to eat to put the weight I lost back on. Thank you 126 lbs it feels heavenly 🙏😉❤️

OWLMAXXING for the Neck One of the most Underrated muscle groups to train: the neck supports the brain, and being strong in it means less neck pain, better athletic movement, and a thicker neck enhancing aesthetics. I like to OWLMAXX with this simple dumbbell rotation exercise done on both sides of the head, the front of the head, and the back of the head as well. The aim of the game is to take the neck through extended ranges of motion in a controlled manner with added weight.
