RHP Striker Pence (2028) this afternoon turned in what will almost certainly be the loudest outing of the tournament. Fired 2 shutout innings against the Brewers Scout Team in which he collected 3 strikeouts, allowed 1 hit and walked 1. Extra-long 6’6”, 200-pound frame with budding strength throughout. Particular physicality in Pence’s lower-half. Works exclusively out of the stretch and attacks out of a 3/4 slot with a whippy arm stroke and tremendous arm speed. FB today sat 96-99 and topped out at 100/101. Pence touched 101—a new in-game PR—4 times. Explodes out of his hand and flashes thunderous life through the zone. No shortage of carry. I would stick a 70 on it right now. Pairs his heater with a hellacious mid-to-upper-80s power SL. Tons of sharp, lateral life with some depth. Really tough look for righties, but back-doored it for a called 3rd strike against a LHH. 60 right now, but not all that difficult to envision a future double-plus offering. Pence rounds out his arsenal with a high-80s SPL/CH. Does a nice job of killing spin on the offering, and he turned over one really good one today that flashed late tumble. Down the road it could end up being a mighty effective 3rd pitch that grades out as at least a 55. There’s some low hanging fruit to clean up in his delivery and he’s a bit of a spray gun command-wise (still raw in that regard), but it’s premium stuff across the board. The biggest key going forward will be competing in and around the strike zone on a consistent basis. It’s also important to remember he’s just 16-years-old and a Sophomore in HS. Ridiculous to think about what he might look like in a couple of years.

OFFICIAL: EASTER EGG GUIDE FOR TOTENREICH: Wonder Weapon: 1. Head to The Drydocks and lower The Crane, this will allow you to wall jump and interact with the tip of the ship to pick up the Chain Link 2. Next, Head to Storm Bridge and pick up Chili Chunks behind the truck next to Deadshot 3. Place Chili Chunks on the table in the middle of the Skalen Market 4. Next, Head to Burial Grounds left-side door and interact with the keyhole. 5. Interact with the door again and hold it to open the door and to unlock the underground area. 6. This will spawn a Zursa Bear during a special round (starting the second special round) you need to kill him and he will drop The Lantern 7. Place The Lantern in the center of the Underground Room in Burial Grounds. 8. Constellations will appear around the wall. Interact with them as they’re shown on the table in this order: left, right, back, front. 9. Once completed, Astrid will appear and talk, she will then travel to different areas of the map. She will occasionally stop and you will need to kill frost zombies next to her. 10. Once all the Soulboxes are completed an Obstacle Course will form on the outside of The Lighthouse, climb to the top by Jumping / Wall Jumping up 11. Once you reach the top, Listen to the Astrid talk and pick up The Jotunn Star Wundersignal: 1. After completing Jotun Star Quest Head to The Lighthouse and inside on a shelf there will be a Crowbar 2. There are Multiple Wooden Boxes around the map with red IDs on the bottom right corner of the front of the box in red (for example III-6) use The Crowbar on the Wooden Box that has the Roboterteile ID (the IDs are on the shipping manifest in the War Factory Admin Room), this will give Flak Gun Round War Factory Core Foundry Fjord Road Dry Dock 3. Head to Turret Gun beside The Lighthouse and place Flak Gun Round then melee with Jotunn Star 4. Next, Head to The Robot Head in spawn and interact with it to search broken piece to get The Transmitter 5. Go to Tyr’s Head and place it inside the Wall Machine thingy at the top of the Ladder 6. Next, whilst inside of Tyr’s Head underneath the balcony there are 3 white lights, 2 of these lights will blink, count how many times it blinks -Both lights will remain on, There is the sound of a light turning on to indicate the start of a new light flashing cycle where both lights will flash at the same time to a certain count (for example left 2, right 5). Both lights will be on and then it will flash another set (for example left 6, right 4). (Unsure if these 2 combos have to be put into console in order but correct entry will give two different voicelines.) After entering one correctly you will be kicked out to hear voiceline and can re-enter console to input the 2nd shortly afterwards. 7. Now head to Core Foundry, and use a molotov to burn the ascender to access the consoles. 8. Ascend and interact with the consoles, The next part is timed and has a cooldown if you fail - you need to Calibrate the Amplitude and Frequency using the flashing light code. 9. Once this has been done head to the room Next to the Radio Tower and pick up The Wunderbarrage Controller Atomkraft Core 1. Find three uraniums: Uranium #1 Find the Fishing Rod (Olaf’s Personal Item) locations: - Dry Dock - Storm Bridge - Fishery Island - Beacon island Look for a Glowing Green Fish jumping around the water at each Fishing Location and use the Fishing Rod at that location once you see it Fishing Locations: Eidskallen Landing x2 Beacon Island x2 Eidskallen Square x2 Dry Dock (found one so far) Fishery Island x2 Tyr’s Foot (found one so far) Once the fish is caught it will spawn an Irradiated Ravager (HVT) that will disappear and respawn somewhere else, chase it down and kill it (check your map to see its location, it shows up as an HVT). It will drop a Uranium. Uranium #2 Next, Craft an ARC-XD (there is one for free in Eidskallen Square on top of a box near the flame trap, you can get it by fishing as well) and melee the vent at Core Foundry to the left of the zipline to open the Secret ARC-XD Course. Blow up the boat full of barrels. Once the course is completed the 935 Genetic Lab room will be open and another Uranium x2 will be inside a Prison Cell There are several Jars with Heads inside in this room, all labelled A,B,C,D,E Look down the Hallway inside the Lab and note which numbered rooms have Nuclear Symbols 1 = A, 2 = B, 3 = C, 4 = D and 5 = E Take one Jar at a time that corresponds with the Numbers next to Nuclear Symbols and place them on the machine to the right of the cell door, once the correct jars are placed the Jar on the left side of the machine will glow purple and you can pick up acid There is a Big Chunk of Meat on a desk next to multiple drawings in the same Room, interact with it, then Pick up The Necrospike Once you have The Necrospike, use it on the Prison Cell Door, this will trigger a lockpick mini game. Spin the lockpick until the lock turns white 3x to unlock the cell, then pick up the second Uranium. Uranium #3 Next you need to craft or obtain the Glocke Drop, once you have one call it in, then shoot 20 mid-air zombies it throws up. This will drop the third and final Uranium. 2. At the Dry Dock, you need to call a WunderBarrage (unlocked by completing Wundersignal steps) in on the “02 Building” at Dry Dock (where there’s debris on the stairs), this will open the stairs to the Machine Workshop. 3. Inside The Workshop there is a Claw Machine which you can place all of The Uranium inside of and play a mini-game. -Have a big group of 7 cores and a small group of 2 cores. 4. Once you complete the Mini-game you will be able to pick up The Atomkraft Core (Note: you drop if you zipline, and cant sprint with it) 5. Head to Quick Revive and place The Atomkraft Core on generator next to quick revive. Go into the shed behind quick revive and turn on the generator. You must now defend the The Atomkraft Core until it’s charged. In interrupted you must turn on the generator again to continue. 6. Take the The Atomkraft Core to the barrel on the Storm Bridge and a Mini-Cutscene will play between the Giant and The Robot. Vegvisir 1. After the cutscene finishes, The Dravakar Shard will spawn at Tyr’s Foot, pick it up 2. Pick it up and place the Shard inside the Bloodheim Hall on the bonfire 3. Use WW range attack to light the fire 4. Use Disciple Injection (there should be a free one around the map) and throw zombies into the bonfire (I only had to throw four) 5. A lockdown will start. Kill the boss zombie and pick up the Sunstone from the bonfire 6. Put the Sunstone in the church and do a range WW attack on it. 7. Around the map, there will now be floating rocks and runes. Above the church there will now be a compass with runes and arrows. -Shoot the floating rune rocks with the ranged WW in the order of the arrow lines. If an arrow has 1 line, then that's the first one. If an arrow has 2 lines, that's the second one, etc. 8. Go into Tyr's Head and interact with the console to start the boss fight. Normally, I will shake off the cold and relieve myself before ordering a cup of coffee and a moist cinnamon bun dripping with glaze and watch the fishermen troll for walleye along the river. So imagine my surprise earlier this week to find that the Renaissance Center is now completely closed to the public. Locked in perpetuity. The cafe is gone. The Burger King. The tables. The napkins. The salt shakers. General Motors has removed its name plate from the facade, and its rotating display of classic cars has been towed away. “Where you going?” barked a sleepy-eyed security guard. “It’s closed. Can’t you read the signs? Unless you’re going to the hotel or Joe Muer’s, but they’re not open yet.” “How about the Italian consulate?” I said somewhat hopefully. The remaining tenants in the Renaissance Center, besides the Marriott and three restaurants, are the Italian and Japanese diplomatic attachés. Apparently, no one told the Italians and the Japanese that the war was over. “Okay, but you can’t take no professional video,” he warned. We ignored him. The cultural impact of an icon abandoned in the middle of the night simply required documentation. Imagine walking up on the Empire State Building or the St. Louis Arch and being told to pound cement. It’s no secret that the building’s owner, General Motors, beat it out of its five towered headquarters on the Detroit River. With much fanfare, the 117-year-old automobile company announced last month that it had moved its world headquarters into a veritable broom closet of suites in Dan Gilbert’s half-finished, publicly financed Hudson’s Tower complex just a few blocks up on Woodward. GM has all but turned its back on the Motor City. The company has collected billions of dollars over the years from the state to keep its employees in Michigan. To smother the criticism, General Motors is keeping a skeleton crew of a few hundred employees downtown so the locals don’t feel disrespected. Executives with General Motors and Gilbert’s development team have convinced the public that they are going to transform the 5 million-square-foot riverfront property into condominiums, retail space and open parkland just as long as the public kicks in $350 million. Gilbert and GM are lobbying Lansing hard for the cash and prizes but a spokesman for Matt Hall, the speaker of the Michigan House who holds the dice in this game of Municipal Monopoly, was surprised to learn the public has been locked out of the building. “That’s the first we’re hearing of it,” the spokesman said. Representatives for General Motors did not immediately respond to questions. The Renaissance Center, financed with private money, took four years to build and opened in 1977. The public was always welcome to ride the 700-foot outdoor elevator. As a comparison, the Hudson two-tower complex—financed in part with public money—broke ground nine years ago. Even so, the main 49-story tower still lacks pipes and walls. The shorter block, where GM now rents four floors, is closed to the public. Unable to get an audience with either Consul General, we left the Renaissance Center with security tailing us at a respectful distance. This is probably one of the best known segments of gun camera footage depicting a B-17 interception and has been featured in countless documentaries, but the raw footage is worth examining in detail in its entirety. 0:00 As the Bf 110 pilot fires an initial burst, ineffective due to insufficient deflection, puffs smoke can be seen coming from the bomber's ventral ball and tail turrets as the gunners return fire. This fails to dissuade the attacking pilot who continues to approach his target. In the distance the main bomber formation can be seen. The combat box was no doubt an effective tactic in terms of maximizing firepower and protection, and there was a significant effort made to break up these formations, such as for example using Werfer-Granate 21 rockets. The Luftwaffe used a system of points to award decorations on the Western Front detailed below and it's worth noting that the "Herausschuss" - for example damaging a B-17 sufficiently that it would separate from the formation - is given the same value and shooting down a single-engined fighter, this gives some idea of its importance and what a challenge it was considered to be. Unlike armor piercing incendiary projectiles that needed to strike critical components like engines, fuel tanks and crew members in order to being an aircraft down, these explosive shells would detonate within a few inches of penetrating the aircraft skin and blow off parts of the aircraft structure itself, either making it unflyable or tearing open fuel tanks beyond what self-sealing systems could protect against. Judging by the footage the shells are from 20mm cannon, with the high explosive rounds each containing almost 20 grams of high explosive. At the 30 second mark a shell impacts the wing outboard of the #4 engine and the size of the hole made by this single impact is clearly visible. There is a good number of strikes landing around the tail gun position but it still appears to fire briefly, then falls silent after a couple of further cannon shell impacts by about the 40 second mark. 0:53 The ventral ball turret starts to rotate with the guns pointing straight down as another burst of cannon fire hits the aircraft in the #3 engine nacelle and wing root. This is the position the ball turret would need to be in for the gunner to exit his post and enter the fuselage. It is possible that he was preparing to bail out. At the one minute mark a shell impacts the ball turret directly and blows off a panel. A small fire has also started in the trailing edge of the port wing. 1:08 Now at point blank range, the Bf 110 pilot continues to rake the bomber with cannon shells, walking his fire across the fuselage and port wing. The bombers engines appear to continue functioning and from this angle the shells would be detonating in the aircraft structure well before reaching them. As the Bf 110 closes in the damage to the B-17 becomes more apparent. The rear fuselage and starboard wing are riddled with holes and the starboard horizontal stabilizer is in tatters. The tail gunner's bullet resistant window appears to have been shattered by a direct hit. The port waist gun hangs upwards as it would if no one was holding it, although there does appear to be some movement on the starboard gun. My official resignation from playstation video Due to corruption and oppression with evidence. The translation isnt very accurate and goes fast sometimes so i will write the story here. I know its a long video but its a must watch -------- Keep in mind this isnt about you support or hate me.. its about sensitive data leakage and company corruption so everyone is in it! -------- I was going to release this video few months back but i held back due to the problem being solved and i kept quiet. Here is my story before i start i want to introduce my self to the people who dont know me. My name is AbdulHakam AKA Hakoom i love playing video games since the 80s and got hooked up with the playstation brand back in 1996.. in 2007 the online system came on the ps3 and i created my playstation acc back then, later on playstation released the trophy system and i was able to achieve the 1st rank in 2009 and in 2018/2019 i entered Guinness 5 times.. later at 2021 i retired unofficially due to the garbage 1$ shovelware getting out of hand on psn. I then had a partnership with playstation and i started receiving review codes and hardware for reviewing All was good until sept 9. on sept 9 my acc was permanently suspended for no reason and i received no email at all.. even when i talked to customer support they didnt help at all i was then lucky to get in touch with another department and they said they will look in to the matter few days later i received a msg on whatsapp from a random person saying my datas are leaked on the internet and the user is bribing playstation employees and stealing user datas and selling/banning them ( all photos and evidence are in the video) The photos clearly show playstation admin computers which no user can access on a normal computer this information was all forwarded to playstation for investigation.. the scammer even called me and tried to get private datas from me which is showin in the video too and that was also forwarded to playstation. After all that mountain of evidence playstation replies and i was shocked!!! They said you have violations 1- you platinumed games which require 100h to platinum in few hours 2- You completed games in 0 mins 3- you logged in over 2000 accs on your playstations 4- you logged in 29 playstations I was like wth? what is the game which i platinum in few hours and req 100? psnprofiles would insta flag me for that... then i remembered something called auto trophy pops or platinum pops which all of you trophy hunter know.. If you platinum Spiderman for example on ps4 in 50h then boot up the ps5 version you earn it in 1min that's something normal and the system is implemented by playstation them selves.. ( google auto trophy pop) so auto pop is a ban able offense now? and regarding the 0 min games there are loads of games on PlayStation which can be completed/platinumed in 10 seconds 20 seconds 30 seconds etc... every trophy hunter knows this Why those employees dont understand there own system? do i need to teach them all this? and regarding the 2000 accs I have been playing since 2007 thats 17 years you think as a trophy hunter i will not have alot of accs for dead online games? and i have alot of users lending me games which playstation themselves said game sharing is fine. regarding the 29 consoles again.. 17 years i had over 10 ps3s 5 or 6 ps4s 4 ps vitas 2 ps5s 2 pstvs So your acc is bound to 1 console and you can put it on another? what i see from this is playstation is running away from the real issue which is user data leakage and just threw me under the bus so they put this issue under the rug and get it over with.. companies will always blame the user for there mistakes If your acc gets banned or email changed for no reason that is 100% stolen with this method and your datas are on the blackmarket there is no other explanation and its over for you. so as you see guys how can i trust a company who sells user datas to some scammers on the internet and get away with it. Even after the mountain of evidence i showed they still wouldnt accept it and just told me we will raise the ban after 45 days.. they also removed me from the partnership program.. Incoming “I ain't reading that, happy for u, or sorry that happened” post xD First Stand Gameplay - Was pretty happy with how the lane swaps and adjustments to Atakhan worked out. Don’t know the exact number), but it felt like mostly Ruinous with games of Voracious where it made sense and no lane swaps - There was a good amount of AD/AP squishy and tank mix in each role with omega gigachad Zeka pulling out the Sylas Ahri and Akali where it made sense 🙃 - Skarner and Kalista were the outliers on priority, but teams didn’t seem particularly effective with Kalista… - Skarner on the other hand; will discuss with the team about larger work on him when we get back; he’s too effective at too many things, while also being impotent for regular players - As announced yesterday by Greeley, we’re hoping to see adaptive drafts continue with Fearless for the rest of the year, I think diversity will continue to increase as teams get better at finding lines to draft that make certain counterpick/situational champs god tier after certain champs are out; it will evolve into more of a TFT/Chess style “find the optimal line to draft with the pieces given”, which the prospects are really exciting - An improvement point feels like how long it takes to end if a team gets a significant early lead; part of this is how optimal boringly slowly choking the opponent out is over 15 min, rather than changing the incentive structure so that ahead teams can make major decisive play and can end the game swiftly - Maybe an opportunity space for the future… but interested in hearing peoples’ thoughts on this First Stand Experience - It was amazing and inspiring seeing how many fans were coming out to support the teams without tickets - Not only the KC fans who flew from Europe to do a meetup watch party and it was great chatting to a few, but also what felt like an unstoppable number of college girls coming out to support HLE. I think I counted about 100 wearing HLE jackets on finals day, but it was a reminder of how integrated and mainstream popular League feels in the East - As soon as the entry to the cheerfuls (signs) opened, they all charged in to go and start drawing their cards, it was honestly quite shocking the level of dedication and enthusiasm that some of these fans had, but also awesome - I can’t possibly imagine something like that happening in the West… - We also had the honor to play in a mini Arena tournament with a bunch of LCK Legends that have I've been watching for 15 years and didn’t do too shabby; went 6th, 3rd, 2nd, but Mingyo and Sangho were too good… - It will be the first and last time I get to say I killed Pray, Smeb, Kuro, Madlife, Shy on repeat :D and the players watching on stream were surprised to see the Devs were actually pretty decent LOL, which felt nice - A fan came out specifically to play with Kuro, wearing a ROX Tigers jersey and seeing the joy of getting to meet and play with your hero, she was laughing, smiling, it must have been the time of her life; it’s just a reminder of how meaningful League can be and just makes us really inspired to keep working hard to make the game good Solo Q Experience and Balance - Outside of the work obligations, had some time to slam 20 Solo Q games; was pleasantly surprised by my level this time around, feels like I’m playing around solidly KR D2/D1 level, which is quite shocking, because it’s not like I’m Masters level on NA right now and haven’t been able to play more than 50 games in the last 6 months due to life. Probably would've won more if I wasn't such a kda player xD - Main character syndrome still feels really peak here, the person either goes 8-0 or 0-8 and is spam FF’ing repeatedly, so minimizing my enemy laner impact, scaling and playing defensively to support my jungler feels most effective even though I’m playing Ori who feels like a dog champ on this server, since it’s so hard to actually land QW on anyone due to their mechanics and it’s risky to walk in river and so easy to die to ganks - Moving to help jungler in lost fights to avoid mental boom is the only thing that I’m finding annoying, some of these fight selections feel extremely perplexing, like Zac wanting to fight Lee at first scuttle with no prio and I end up having to sac my lane half the time to prevent them from AFK’ing or soft inting because I didn’t move, it’s super annoying… - Every post game chat also feels like at least 3 players are writing their PhD thesis, which is somewhat amusing, but also really unfortunate… - It feels like Lee Sin or Viego are in every game with a 30% pickrate, so if you can prevent the team from throwing and always follow them around and play secondary, they can carry, whereas on NA, Lee Sins in Diamond can't carry and suck relatively (ping hurts as well), so it’s not like you can play around them reliably - It was interesting to feel again for myself just how different these champs feel in their balance state across servers, indeed in one of the press conferences there was a question about balancing decisions making no sense for the state of the champ on KR server. I can see why KR players get angry when we buff Lee because the other regions suck at him, he unironically feels 2-3% winrate stronger on KR server, same with Jayce who has a monstrous pickrate here as well - We even almost buffed Lee Sin for First Stand because he’s been pretty absent from Pro, so I’m actually not quite sure what we’re meant to do about that… - The other thing that I forgot was how good it was to play on 2ms ping. I’m not sure whether it’s net positive for the person dodging or the person hitting, but since I mostly play immobile mages, it feels like I can dodge line skillshots and range leash people more effectively, which makes Mages feel so much better, though it also means it’s extremely hard to QW tag someone in a teamfight as Ori, let alone hit them with R - I’m curious if any people have done any analysis on this - I also attached typical KR Lee Sin penta 😅 Anyway, back to NA tmrw, lots of work to do

Probably would've won more if I wasn't such a kda player xD - Main character syndrome still feels really peak here, the person either goes 8-0 or 0-8 and is spam FF’ing repeatedly, so minimizing my enemy laner impact, scaling and playing defensively to support my jungler feels most effective even though I’m playing Ori who feels like a dog champ on this server, since it’s so hard to actually land QW on anyone due to their mechanics and it’s risky to walk in river and so easy to die to ganks - Moving to help jungler in lost fights to avoid mental boom is the only thing that I’m finding annoying, some of these fight selections feel extremely perplexing, like Zac wanting to fight Lee at first scuttle with no prio and I end up having to sac my lane half the time to prevent them from AFK’ing or soft inting because I didn’t move, it’s super annoying… - Every post game chat also feels like at least 3 players are writing their PhD thesis, which is somewhat amusing, but also really unfortunate… - It feels like Lee Sin or Viego are in every game with a 30% pickrate, so if you can prevent the team from throwing and always follow them around and play secondary, they can carry, whereas on NA, Lee Sins in Diamond can't carry and suck relatively (ping hurts as well), so it’s not like you can play around them reliably - It was interesting to feel again for myself just how different these champs feel in their balance state across servers, indeed in one of the press conferences there was a question about balancing decisions making no sense for the state of the champ on KR server. I can see why KR players get angry when we buff Lee because the other regions suck at him, he unironically feels 2-3% winrate stronger on KR server, same with Jayce who has a monstrous pickrate here as well - We even almost buffed Lee Sin for First Stand because he’s been pretty absent from Pro, so I’m actually not quite sure what we’re meant to do about that… - The other thing that I forgot was how good it was to play on 2ms ping. I’m not sure whether it’s net positive for the person dodging or the person hitting, but since I mostly play immobile mages, it feels like I can dodge line skillshots and range leash people more effectively, which makes Mages feel so much better, though it also means it’s extremely hard to QW tag someone in a teamfight as Ori, let alone hit them with R - I’m curious if any people have done any analysis on this - I also attached typical KR Lee Sin penta 😅 Anyway, back to NA tmrw, lots of work to do

THERE IS ONLY ONE DERBY! ❤️🏇🏻 Epsom Downs Racecourse There is one point in this year, and for the first time in my life i thought - “I’ve completely fell out of love with racing” and it was no longer for me. I think many know why, and they also had similar thoughts at the time… Also, the gloss and prestige of some of the races at Cheltenham, The Grand National & The Derby seemed to have lost their shine, where fault is, that’s for another day. But, I feel the way to help keep this great sport going is to show what it does best, highlight the horses, the jockeys and all the efforts behind the scenes, put the positives out in the media and BRING THAT BUZZ BACK! Let’s stop with all the negativity, as all it does is put people off and creates a domino effect. The reason I fell in love with racing in the first place was The Epsom DERBY! 🏇🏻 My age may show, but my first ever bet was BENNY THE DIP, who the Derby for John Gosden. (£1 @ 11/1 🥵🎺) I’ve only been able to get to one Derby, I travelled alone to see AUSTRALIA win for Joseph & Aidan. But it was the horse himself that took me on that journey just to see him in the flesh! 😍 He was bred for the job, out of an Oaks & Derby winner. 🧑‍🧑‍🧒🔥 I personally think SEA THE STARS was equine perfection, he had it all, and in winning the Derby stamped himself as one with that star status, who could and did do it all! 🤩 AUTHORIZED gave us a McCoy-National moment when Frankie won it. Galileo, Kris Kin, Motivator, Sir Percy, High Chaparral, New Approach, Camelot, Golden Horn… Shergar, Slip Anchor, Mill Reef, Nijinsky… just some of the talent that have moulded horse racing & gave great memories to so many! Not forgetting iconic commentaries.. A favourite of mine - POUR MOI & a young Barzalona saluting the crowd, and “celebrates as if he’s won the Derby” 🤪 They are all stars of the game, and the Derby is the biggest of them all, IMO. ❤️ I can’t wait to see who adds their name to list come Saturday! ⭐️ (3:30pm) Get them in the gates, and they will spend.. Show them the stars, and they will fall in love and stay! ❤️ 🏇🏻

Lets take up an example that was discussed in the last Mumbai meetup - PDMJE Paper - Trade Objective An Episodic Pivot setup, gapping out of a big base, to be held as a longer positional play. Entry (Orange lines) 29th October 2024 Entry 113.95, Stop Loss 2% - 111.7 (~Day low) Risk on Trade 0.75% of portfolio, Size - 35% Sells (Blue Lines) 50% Sell at 6R - 128.6 - This was not a planned sell, but I observed weak market depth with sporadic volumes over the next 3-4 days. As a precaution, I reduced size in this illiquid counter. = 3R 50% sell at ~12R - 143 - The swing move had become overextended, moving far from the 10/21 EMA. The position was sold when price broke below the opening range lows in weakness. = 6R Impact of portfolio - 6.75% Analyzing this trade up to this point, it was executed well with little room for improvement—almost perfect. This was also a very obvious EP trade, and many others had executed it similarly. This was a point with a high probability of a short-term pullback or consolidation. Sells (Blue Line) 27th December - 585 - 50% size Buyback (Orange line 2) 27th December - 565 - 50% size - Gained 1R Rationale - My anchor bias was for the price to cool off for a bit. - At the 27th open, the price was already at ~8R+ for me. Even if the stock rose further after I sold my partial position, I wouldn't regret it much—I had already secured 4R with half my position still pending, well above my journal averages. This served as an important emotional anchor point for this adjustment. - When buying back, I was simply looking to average down my costs without a specific target or a perfect setup in mind. In this case, I bought back at 565, as the buyback itself presented a good psychological point to cover (10 Rs initial stop loss, 20 Rs points averaged ~1R at half size). I f*cking love skateboarding! There's this cool idea in skating called progression. Basically you treat skating like a video game and each session you wanna do 1 new trick that gets you to the next level. And you compete w/ your buds on who progresses faster. And you can progress on a trick level. So like this week I did a boardslide on a tough rail. Instead of saying "I'm gonna slide this rail right now," which is scary, you break it into small steps. Step 1 is just jumping on the rail, which is scary, then just hopping off. Try that 10 times. No longer afraid. Step 2 is just sliding a few inches then hopping off. Step 3 is trying to land and falling ten times. Then after an hour of trying you land it. The hardest part is step 1 -- just attempting it. But the fear goes away after 20 min of trying. Kinda an easy way to approach a big scary thing. I also love the punk rock culture. Early skaters basically created vlogging. I grew up reading thrasher and watching these amazing videos of skaters documenting traveling to a skate spot, getting kicked out by cops, then coming back at night to get it. Early Jackass TV shows? They were made and inspired by skate videos. This whole content creating internet culture? Its been part of the skate culture since the 80's. I've always loved the guerrilla, DIY vibe. Particularly as I get more yuppie, older and more into this sometimes lame internet bubble, I LOVE going to the skatepark on Sat and Sunday and hanging with a bunch of rough skater kids who don't give a sh*t about this dumb internet stuff. But yeah, I'm 36 years old and lie to my buds about what I'm doing when I'm really at the skatepark practicing tre flips. But GOD ITS SO FUN.
