I attended the Brian Cole Jr hearing where his attorney pled not guilty on Brian's behalf. What happened to the confession that Supposedly Jocelyn Ballentine Coerced him into? Brian wasn't even able to utter the words not guilty himself. His attorney did. And you expect me to believe that he confessed without counsel? Keep in mind the AUSA is Jocelyn Ballantine, who coerced Jeremy Bertino into bearing false witness in the Proud Boys trial and may have played a role in weaponizing against Shane Lamond. She was also on the General Flynn case. How is she still employed by Judge Jeanine Pirro?

This story is about the timeless classic of the property line dispute, the property owner with the “problem” apparently has a very specific length the grass must be when his neighbors lawn care guy mows around his neighbors landscaping, God forbid if his mower deck is wide enough to cross the property line ever so slightly. The guy with the problem has a remedy and that remedy is to put “do not mow” signs on the lawn in close proximity to the area in dispute, one of the officers clearly states that the area is “inconsequential“ and yet there seems to be some effort to make it consequential ?? 😂 What am I missing here ?? Help me out Law enforcement seems to be taking sides here are they not ??

ABA Professional Rule 4.2 makes clear that no attorney will communicate directly with a person the attorney knows to be represented. This includes communication by proxy such as sending a private investigator.
