@TMobileHelp has the worst customer service reps. Completely uncaring. Just spoke with a sierra and I wouldn't hire her for any job. I canceled on the spot home Internet and cell.

That’s why I gave it a good rating in the Admeter.

It’s not better with TMobile. It’s only been a month, I’ve had nothing but problems and customer service is awful.

I’ve been a Simple choice customer since 2015…. Neither of these have applied. When can we right this wrong? My bill has gone up 3 times within 14 months. You cheapest current plan is over 100 dolllars more per month and now i dont qualify for device promotions ever because of my plan.

Went to one of your stores to switch from verizon. Was promised my new service for 3 new phones would not be more than $175 per month. First bill was $158 and now has skyrocketed to $259 per month. Your store flat out lied. Contacting BBB as well as filing complaint with FCC.

I am am shopping for a new mobile carrier. A friend sent me this pic today of a TMobile employee at Sam’s Club in Wilmington, North Carolina. She jokingly said, “I think I would skip T-Mobile if I were you.” This does not seem like a good representation of your company. 😬

@TMobile - overcharging me 3 months in a row. NOT honoring the advertised, contract rate I signed. Charging 250% HIGHER than the promotion rate (which is on my account). I’ve spoken to 4 different reps - none helping. Monthly cost is more than twice as much as my ATT service was
