10 gauge steel brackets are more than adequate when properly tied into the rafters for this application! Thanks for the hype but nothing's wrong....
Now let's look at those rafters... Collar ties and trust web (if any)... Unless you want your roof to to replace your attic under any load (snow... Heavy rain...) 🤷♀️😅
