I have overcompensated at my job because I wasn't doing enough at home, like cleaning. I'm wondering if you are busy in your dreams because, as you said, you procrastinate a lot. Food for thought as I don't know everything. Hope it gets better soon! Everyone needs proper rest.🫠

Thank you, I do procrastinate, but not quite in a way that leaves me sitting around, I am constantly busy, whether it’s during sleep, or while awake. It’s more like being so busy I am continuously having to “triage” my tasks. For example I want to bake cookies but I need to do the dishes, clean the cat box, start supper, sweep/vacuum, go to town to grocery shop, clean the bedrooms…but also want to go fishing, have a shower and meet up with a friend. So I’ll put off the “less important” things for the sake of the things on the “must do” list. I think of it like procrastination because I’d rather just get all of the things accomplished but the truth is there just isn’t enough hours in the day. My dreams are busy because I’m a lucid/clairvoyant dreamer. I’ve been functioning on about 3ish hours of broken sleep/day for over a decade now but I used to take a sleep aid, which stops the dreams. Sleep would just be blank with nothing going on and feel more restful. But now that I take nothing, dreams returned and sleep is just as busy as the awake times.
