Bravo Baker. You crushed me when you were at OK beating my Vols in OT, and then beat the Lions last week (my NFL team) But I was standing on a tee box on Monday and your name came up as the perfect example of learning to be a pro and finding the right fit. I'm a fan now.

@Hoyatexas This is a great, classy answer. This is what happens when you’re raised by good parents. I know his dad Joel Lanning, and he’s an extraordinary kind and humble father. Brought him up right. You love to see it.

Baker Mayfield was asked about the four flag planting incidents during college rivalry weekend. It was something he did at Ohio State in 2017. “College football is meant to have rivalries. That’s like the Big 12 banning the ‘horns down’ signal. Just let the boys play.”

Baker Mayfield took the blame for the fumble today and didn’t mince words when he said that it “absolutely sucks”. But then you’ll hear him talk about how proud he is of this team and the way guys stepped up. I asked if he thought he could show that kindness to himself…

This happens all the time at a double lane drive through. Who has the right of way? Many people said it is the person who was there first. Others said it is the person who finishes ordering first. The POV driver was definitely there first but the other car could have pulled up, ordered a drink and was off or they could have ordered ahead. The SUV with the woman in it has the right of way. It is the person who FINISHES ordering first. 💯 Who do you think has the right of way? Do you run into this all the time like so many other people do?

Chris Finch: I’m gonna try to play 10. I don’t know what it’s going to look like every night, I don’t have that answer right now, I don’t know if I’ll have that, ever. Guys are bought in right now, they’re accepting of that, and that’s the most important thing. These guys that have played over the last several weeks through the injuries, they deserve to keep having an opportunity to have minutes. #Timberwolves
