Effervescents (Carbonation) makes your body hold on to fat. That's why the push for sodas. BUT, it also makes your body acidic. Think about it.

It’s not that big Pharma has forgotten, it’s that big Pharma isn’t interested in anything that they can’t patent and hold a monopoly over. and the formula for baking soda has been around so long they can’t lawfully patent it, and justify exorbitant prices for it.

Just plain baking soda is hard to drink but if you can mix it will some lemon juice and in a 4oz cup

Alka-Seltzer we have now and it always works better than any other cold medicine

How do you take it?

I have a 3,000 gallon outside koi pond and I have to add baking soda at least twice a month to keep the acid they produce down.. and I for sure have to add it after a large amount of rainfall. To keep the acid from burning their gills…
