Well … Blacks already tried making and living in their own communities ever since the 1800s-1900s but all of them were destroyed or divided by Whites. Also with the introduction of Interstates, many of them now run through and split historically affluent black neighborhoods.

You aren't going to see Balkanisation. Your blue areas are too far apart to have any meaningful impact upon their movement. "But the internet holds them together." Yes, but they need to be a solid group to have any chance of survival; they have no home base of operation. They're already divided geologically, so what you'll likely see is one state in the east and one in the west that begin to act as a single entity and, over time, will become further and further apart via differing ideology, due to alternate realities. Red states are a blanket ideology working in one reality. There may be fringe beliefs but in general you have the same values. They're split on multiple ideological bases, and since they have no guns, you can descend on them in force. I imagine they know all of this and how fractured their base already is, but there's no limit to stupidity, so don't take my word as fact. What you will see is a lot of crying, screaming and chimp outs, which will need to be quelled in red states or you'll start to lose your own base.
