@MorganStuart18 One of those old coaching myths that just won’t go away. Amazing how many people still teach pitchers to “Show the ball to second base.” Kudos for your work to change this mistake.

@MorganStuart18 If you dont point the ball away, then your hand will turn away from you as you release the ball when trying to get backspin, creating more pressure on the elbow
