This looks like video game footage, @MickWest. Is it? And if so, this is *highly* disingenuous. A latex balloon is generally translucent (or has a low-fidelity signature in infrared), while a Mylar balloon - unlike in this video - would be “cold” on top. Credit to Dave Falch:

Video game? Not exactly. It's a simulation of the MOTION, not the exact optical properties of the scene. You can see the background is just greyscale Google 3D buildings. But I'll get to optical properties eventually. No rush, it's been like 83 years.

Marik vR's profile picture
Marik vR2 months ago

Indeed. There is clearly no rush. It’s been almost a year since @ZaineMichael1 and Yannick began falsifying your “Gimbal” “explanations” on Metabunk, and five months since the analysis below was posted publicly. It’s “no rush” because you refuse to admit you were wrong.

@ZaineMichael1 As I said, I'm waiting for you to actually convince someone who can defend it. How is that going? Don't you know any scientists who want to change the world?

Marik vR's profile picture
Marik vR2 months ago

@ZaineMichael1 Nobody “of significance” defended your “Gimbal” “explanations,” @MickWest. (In fact, some of the world’s top experts *explicitly disagreed.*) Why is that the standard? Isn’t independent analysis and replication the standard? (You yourself replicated the downward camera tilt!)

@ZaineMichael1 I'm not constantly demanding you look at my work. You do that yourself.

Marik vR's profile picture

@ZaineMichael1 Previously, you relentlessly defended your work (and condescendingly belittled those who disagreed or inadvertently misunderstood your convoluted “theories”). But, now, after those “theories” were conclusively falsified, you refuse to engage with the data and evidence.

@ZaineMichael1 Because disagree with your interpretation.

Mick West isn't a UFO or UAP debunker. He is a balloon, bird and plane finder. There's a huge difference. If it's a UFO, it's ignored. If it's a balloon, he will tell everyone it's a balloon.

So your theory is that Air Force pilots - who are highly trained in observation - don't know what a balloon in flight looks like? That's your theory?

This is Mick's work process. Go through hundreds and hundreds of UFO videos, find the one that looks like a balloon or parallax, and then use that as some kind of debunk and pat himself on the back. Fucking well done, mate. You've found another balloon video.

Balloon Mick? I find that hard to believe, this white orb has a consistent fuzzy edge, zoomed in or not, it's visible, which means you're balloon theory is questionable.

So basically no evidence, a group of ufology pals hyping balloons etc and the people recording them and government releasing them are a bit thick 🤣

But what credible person is actually saying anything to the contrary? Now dissect the Tic-Tac incident with David Fravor & Aelx Deitrich and include all of the eyewitness testimonies, sensor data on ships and in the fighter aircraft & AWACS.

How do you explain all this then?

Mick West's profile picture
Mick West1 month ago

First one is a mylar balloon. Second one appears to be an insect.

An Insect a round reflective insect with no wings... Totally explained now

That's nice. How about post an actual UAP and debunk that. Every single time its mistaken? People are confused? Everytime? I mean, that make trained observers pretty stupid. Unreliable. Military equipment we use to protect ourselves worthless. Or maybe, some UAPs are legit.

I’d like to know how you have surmised such? Methodologies please? IMO that’s a sphere…not a balloon. The ground is a shit ton clearer than the object that’s closer to the camera…so are you also saying this is out of focus as well? I’ve filmed balloons,& there’s a major difference. On a balloon, there are defined edges. On a Sphere/orb, due to the amount of flat out energy they give off as they spin (which you can commonly observe w/magnification in slow motion,as there are “vents” or some form of markings in many I’ve filmed,& such displays the insane rotation speeds,as well the Govt releases in IR which almost completely confirm this observation). Spheres always disturb the atmosphere all around them so much, that often times like flat out static (not always). If you would like, I can provide you with examples? The only way WE ALL will understand these things better is via open discussion. Otherwise, we’re all just pulling each others dicks. Not trying to sound offensive, but that’s how toxic the UAP community has become these days. Everyone’s an expert, because “Trust me Bro…I know”. We can do better!

Tell us why the IC wanted emminent domain removed from Schumer's disclosure bill. Stuff like that... the harder stuff. Tell us why so many intelligence professionals are testifying to congress, and behind closed doors to the ICIG about the legacy program.

Is it possible to find out how fast the camera is moving? If so, could you then sort of ballpark how slow/fast the balloon would have to move to look that way in that specific geographic area?

@TrevorMacK51061 Isn't it amazing how the USAF spends all it's time chasing down balloons, in fact, there must be so many balloons they just can't avoid them. Why, the USAF must be absolutely exhausted, and all that money wasted...phew!

@TrevorMacK51061 Dear Mick, you put a lot of trust in AARO. It's almost... suspicious. I'm going to dismiss that chart, because it doesn't include UAP. Plus AARO isn't really transparent about things.
