“Ballots are counted manually, it's just the arithmetic accuracy that is entered into the system. For the transmission, we need to avoid glitches, interference, unnecessary hacking in this age of computer inquisitiveness” — President Tinubu.

PRESIDENT TINUBU SIGNS AMENDED ELECTORAL ACT, COMMITS TO STRENGTHENING DEMOCRACY President Tinubu on Wednesday signed the amendments to the 2022 Electoral Act into law, saying he had followed the debate on the document at the National Assembly closely. He commended its leadership for managing the process very well, "to the extent there has been no confusion, no disenfranchisement of Nigerians, and that we are all going to see democracy flourish.” According to the President, “the essence of democracy is to have very solid brainstorming discussions committed to national development, nation-building, and the stability of the nation. “It is time that we have confidence in our system. No matter how good the system is, it's managed by the people, promoted by the people, and the people finalise the results.” Speaking on the ‘controversy’ preceding its passage, President Tinubu affirmed that humans still have a significant role to play in finalising results, as computers can’t do everything, given that many aspects of the voting process are still largely manual. “And when you look at the crux of various arguments, maybe Nigerians should question our broadband capability. How technically sound are we today? How technically sound will we be tomorrow in answering the call, whether in real time or not? “And as long as you appear personally as a manual voter in any polling booth, a ballot paper is given to you manually. You decide in a corner and fingerprint the person you choose. You cast your vote without hindrance or interference. “Ballots are subsequently counted manually. It's just the arithmetic accuracy that is entered into it from easy thinking. It is still manual, essentially. “The transmission of that manual result is what we're looking at. And we need to avoid glitches, interference, and unnecessary hacking in this age of computer inquisitiveness. Nigeria will be there,” he said. In his remarks, Senate President Godswill Akpabio described today (Wednesday) as a truly significant day, with the two major religions commencing their fasting seasons. He said the two chambers worked tirelessly on it for two years “to make sure that we met the right time, so that INEC can do the necessary procurements and bring out the right timetable for next year's election. “We have also ensured that we provided a lot of clauses in the amendment that will enable you to conduct free and fair elections in Nigeria that will be acceptable to the international community and all Nigerians, that will meet the yearnings and aspirations of all Nigerians as democrats. He acknowledged that, though some members disagreed with the decision on the Bill, it was the beauty of democracy. “At the end, we all came together, and this is the final product. As soon as you sign this, you will have made history as the first president to introduce electronic transmission of results from the polling units to the entire world. “We have the IReV now, which is a portal for viewing. It allows you to see what is happening across all polling units. Even if you don't have a network, shortly after that, if you take it to a networked location, it will sync, and people will still have the opportunity to view. “So, we have made all the necessary inclusions to ensure that Nigerians are going to be happy, the international community will be happy, and it will make the elections also easy for INEC to do,” the Senate President said.

The disaster that is California’s election system allows voters to hand-write the date for mail-in ballots received after Election Day to be counted—so they can backdated it BY HAND. This is just another example of how our state government is in complete SHAMBLES. We need real leadership and real accountability.

🚨 NOW: President Trump just unleashed this truth nuke Pass the SAVE AMERICA ACT NOW, SENATE GOP! 🇺🇸 “For many years, I have called for bold, swift, and decisive action to protect the integrity of America’s elections. Every American deserves to know that when they cast their vote, that vote will be counted accurately in a system that is secure—one where cheating and interference are not just difficult, but virtually impossible. Unfortunately, the system we have today falls catastrophically short of that standard. Tonight, I am announcing the immediate declassification and release of critical intelligence revealing shocking vulnerabilities in our election infrastructure. This evidence shows that the election system we have is dangerously exposed to hacking, exploitation, and foreign interference. Just as disturbingly, this vital information has for many years been covered up and hidden from you, the American People, and that changes right now. The documents we will release starting tonight have been gathered by the White House Government Transparency Task Force, along with the staff of the President’s Intelligence Advisory Board—supported by our top intelligence agency chiefs, who have all personally reviewed the findings we are presenting this evening, and fully confirmed their authenticity.“

On the record testimony that both absentee ballots and mail in ballots were found counted in sequential order during the 2020 Presidential Election Election This proves the ballots were never sent out. They were just printed, scanned and counted We have to ban mail in ballots “In the system. When I started writing down the ballot numbers and the last names of the person of the ballot that had the name on the ballot, they were all in sequence. These are absentee ballots, mail in ballots. They cannot be in sequence. 2232 cannot have 2233 next to it because if they're mailed in, they come in all different numbers. And when when I started noticing that these numbers are almost next to each other — my antennas went up. That's exactly when I thought something is not right here. Then I asked the supervisor” She tried to raise concerns and instead was scolded for asking questions “They got really mad at me” We cannot even pretend our elections are accurate if mail in ballots are legal We need a nationwide ban on mail in ballots

Crazy to think that Artemis II went to the moon and back quicker than they counted all of the ballots in California. We know the elections in CA are fraudulent. It’s time for some accountability. People belong in prison for this.

Florida and Texas PROVE California's Broken Election System is by DESIGN Texas: 11.4 million ballots counted, results by 10pm on election night. Florida: 10.8 million ballots counted on election night and mail-in ballots are counted AS THEY ARRIVE — so on election day, there's barely anything left to tabulate. California: Refuses to count anything until polls close, stuffs ballots into boxes in warehouses, and drags it out for weeks. Rep. Randy Fine and Rep. August Pfluger nailed it: California designed a system that destroys confidence in the result. Florida and Texas are evidence that clean counting is possible. California proves the delay is a choice.

Fulton County's own records include 22,534 more ballots cast than voters crediting with casting a ballot. Almost DOUBLE Biden's margin of "victory" in the 2020 Election of 11,779 votes. The state's own records show 148,319 absentee ballots were counted for the 2020 general election, but only 125,784 were recorded as casting a ballot. This leaves 22,534 more ballots counted than voters given credit for voting. Biden's margin of victory was only 11,779 votes. On top of this, THOUSANDS of BALLOTS unique to November 3rd and the recount were found to be off with completely different counts. The ballots counted for the original Nov. 3rd 2020 Election, should match almost perfectly with the ballots counted for the Recount as the same paper ballots are being scanned and counted by the same machines, however, THOUSANDS of ballots are unique to each, which is NOT possible by natural means or mistake.

BREAKING: A group of citizens in Georgia DECLARED a State Of Emergency With Georgia Election System. They discovered a VOTER FRAUD in their state and they have receipts to back it up. “Ballots so they were counted twice for the second machine count. We know with certainty that this duplication of ballots was not, I want to repeat was not an administrative error, rather the duplication process was due to INTENTIONAL HUMAN INTERVENTION. Intentional human intervention is the predicate for election FRAUD.” “You all know our cases SEB 2023-25. In that case you know that it involved 17,852 votes counted without ballot images. You also know that for the first machine count 20,713 ballots were counted with what I like to call receipts, I guess the fancy word is tabulator tapes. The last part of this complaint perhaps is the most concerning because we've uncovered some recent information that makes itself in addition to proving that 30,930 ballots were scanned and counted, I wanna say that again and counted twice.”
