Legs like Bamboo! In my early training days, most people tried to build strong legs by armoring them with an extra layer of thick muscle. Bigger was better. I envied them for years. But after deepening my practice, I recognized one thing. Their tree-trunk legs didn't serve them well outside of the gym. So I searched for an alternative. And was introduced to the idea of the Bamboo Legs. This method aims to strengthen your legs, make them resilient to injury, and keep them versatile for real-world scenarios. Toothbrushes are goyslop. Every single toothbrush sold in stores is just plastic handles with plastic nylon bristles glued in with a toxic petroleum derived glue. Then they put a bunch of synthetic petroleum-derived dyes onto the toothbrush. Even the natural ones that are just bamboo are bamboo handles with nylon bristles that are actual plastic, and then they glue them in with the petroleum-derived glue as well. It's a complete scam and every single time we brush our teeth with these toxic toothbrushes we're absolutely destroying our health because all of those chemicals absorb directly into our gums. The best thing that we can possibly do is get a real bamboo toothbrush that has boar hair bristles or horse hair bristles that are mechanically engraved into the brush so that we are not exposing ourselves to these toxic chemicals.
