Hey Steve, I have a decent length video of a bunch of gun fails that I use in my firearm instruction classes, happy to share it to you. You would likely get a lot of mileage out of it if you want to do a series of vids.

I watched a guy right next to me at the shooting range one time, shoot himself in the foot. The woman he was with was finished shooting, so he took the pistol from her. Pointed it down at the ground, and pulled the trigger. Thinking that she finished all the rounds in the firearm. She didn't. He then proceeded to scream at her and yell at her. Can you imagine that poor woman? We all were yelling at him that it was his fault. Stupid fucking people
