Ban the Rocket, you get the Daggers!

Hi rocket. Did you know that switching between cloak and dagger reloads dagger’s ammo? They also buffed the speed that they swap, so it’s actually faster to swap back and forth than to reload. That also means you can fire off cloak E more often!
