Banana Pudding Choco Tacos 1 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 tsp salt 2 large egg whites 1/4 cup milk 2 tbsp melted butter 1/2 tsp vanilla extract I use @NinjaKitchen recipe for the ice cream 1/3 cup Granulated sugar 1 tbsp Instant vanilla pudding mix (swapped for banana pudding, and I use about 2 tablespoons) 1 cup Whole milk 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp Heavy cream 1 tsp Vanilla extract In a bowl combine melted butter, sugar, eggs whites, and vanilla extract.. whisk that. Add in flour and salt! It should be a lil thicker than pancake batter. Every chance I got .. I froze them so they wouldn’t melt. Before adding the chocolate make sure the ice cream is harden.. easier for the chocolate to coat it.
