So when you see Tom Cotton and Lindsey Graham talking about this, it’s not to go after the Deep State. It’s to downsize DNI from its administrative or supervisory function over the intelligence community to what I call “CIA supremacism.” They want the CIA to be supreme in all things when it comes to intelligence.
