In this footage, French authorities are cleaning their boots while TWO boats sail towards the UK just a few hundred metres away from Dunkirk beach I was chest-deep in the water — cold, soaked and completely on my own. So why are we paying the French over £600 MILLION for this lackadaisical approach to what I believe is an invasion? The attitude I witnessed disgusts me and should raise serious questions about exactly what British taxpayers are paying for. Two boats. A few hundred metres away. And they’re cleaning their boots. The boats aren’t stopping. And from what I’m witnessing on the ground, neither are the French stopping them.

The important questions that must be asked are: - How was this land was allocated to BAPS in the first place? - Why was the Indian embassy and the Indian ambassador actively involved in the promotion of its inauguration? - Why did the Prime Minister deliver a celebratory address while students were being pulled out of rubble in Delhi? - How has a private limited company been able to funnel tens of millions of euros, according to its own claims, into the construction of this temple? We must speak in one voice against the racist appropriation of this controversy towards electoral ends in France. However, that should not stop us from asking difficult questions, either in Paris or in New Delhi.
