The United States is not a state party to the Rome Statute, which founded the International Criminal Court (ICC) in 2002. The sole reason the Trump regime is going after the ICC is to try and protect Netanyahu. For anyone who doubts that US civilians can be tried as terrorists via military tribunal, you don’t have to take my word for it. Flashback to September 6, 2018: Kavanaugh confirms that we have technically been in a state of war since 9/11, and that via Supreme Court precedent, US citizens can be tried by the Military if they are caught collaborating with the enemy in a time of war. We are technically still in a state of war, the “War or Terror”. Trump says the Obama administration enabled Iran to build nukes via Obama’s JCPOA Iran Deal. Iran is the worldwide sponsor of terror. Meaning Trump is accusing Obama of aiding the enemy, which is treason.
