Barack Hussein Obama says there’s a “clown show” in social media and a lack of shame for the lack of decorum for the office. Complete and utter lies and bullshit from start to finish. I can't believe Rubio would destroy his own reputation like this. The ICC has no jurisdiction in the United States or over US citizens. The United States is not a state party to the Rome Statute, which founded the International Criminal Court (ICC) in 2002. The sole reason the Trump regime is going after the ICC is to try and protect Netanyahu. The ICC has issued an arrest warrant for Netanyahu, allegeding that he is responsible for the war crimes of starvation as a method of warfare and of intentionally directing an attack against the civilian population; and the crimes against humanity of murder, persecution, and other inhumane acts from at least 8 October 2023 until at least 20 May 2024. For anyone who doubts that US civilians can be tried as terrorists via military tribunal, you don’t have to take my word for it. Flashback to September 6, 2018: Kavanaugh confirms that we have technically been in a state of war since 9/11, and that via Supreme Court precedent, US citizens can be tried by the Military if they are caught collaborating with the enemy in a time of war. We are technically still in a state of war, the “War or Terror”. Trump says the Obama administration enabled Iran to build nukes via Obama’s JCPOA Iran Deal. Iran is the worldwide sponsor of terror. Meaning Trump is accusing Obama of aiding the enemy, which is treason. If we find incontrovertible evidence that the Obama admin wittingly aided Iran in the pursuit of nuclear weapons, they technically could be tried as unlawful enemy combatants, similar to the Nazi saboteurs in WW2.

The President of the United States is the Commander in Chief not these 6 politicians who favor open borders and unlawful acts that are carried out against the United States of America. These 6 traitors are calling on the armed forces to start a coup against the chain of command because they do not like a political stance by the President to enforce the laws of this great nation. All 6 of these people should be arrested and stand trial for treason and violating their oath. And those that say they are former Military and did not formerly resign their commission should be recalled to active duty and face courts martial for high crimes and treason against the United States of America under the UCMJ.
