SOLOMON: President Trump has every right to be frustrated with Obama. His immunity rule might protect Obama on the original charges. However, Obama can now be summoned before a grand jury. He cannot take the Fifth Amendment bc he has immunity from prosecution. He’ll have to tell the truth.
