'Barbary Coast Bunny' really demonstrates Bugs' likability. Though you know he's playing a character the entire time (a fun, unique premise), Mel Blanc delivers the sympathy so convincingly that you still kinda feel bad for him. An excellent performance from Daws Butler, too.

Mel's voice acting really sells the innocence and simple mindedness of Bugs' act in this bit that you honestly forget that Bugs is just pulling a trick.

He ran an entire pretrial innocence fraud campaign for an accused murderer and is currently running his own legal donation campaign preying on people's sympathy for the plight. Bryan, the voice of Elmer Fudd. Much like Blanc, Bryan was originally a radio actor, and originated the "Elmer" voice there, before directors Tex Avery and Chuck Jones hired him for cartoons.
