BARIS: Ds are already in pole position, but the Senate polling isn’t matching the generic ballot. I think they did it on purpose. They wanted you stupid and complacent. They didn’t want you saying, My God, we better get our act together. And you fucking fell for it. Privately, they’re not saying what they’re saying publicly. Their own pollsters know the deal.

If you had a ballot chasing op and a ballot harvesting op, you’d be taking those ballots long before anyone had a chance to cheat with them. Fontes: I think the courts are going to put the kibosh on that. But also, a lot of people don’t know that the USPS has a universal service obligation. Once a piece of mail gets into their hands, they’re mandated by law to move it through their system and get it where it needs to go.
