I remember those days i would just be upstairs, sometimes for a week. I don't go down. Mum or my sisters or Aunts bring my food upstairs. Sometimes I hear a visitor ask my Dad about me and he tells the person he hasn't seen me for a week and depending on the family relationship, he directs the person to my room. One time, I needed to understand why my Dad and my Mum were always sick and worried when ever I was driving home late. She said “Your Dad even called Yusuf (Albati barracks) putting them on Standby to go search for you if you were not home by 1 am. I was laughing out so LOUD!... When my Dad came back from work, i was about to leave, i jokingly asked him why he was worrying himself and he said “Person when no get pikin no know wetin God do for am. When you give birth to yours, you will understand”.
