Law enforcement claims the person in the footage is Robinson. Robinson allegedly leaves the campus several times and keeps returning. They allege that Robinson later made contact with Turning Point USA employees before the shooting. They say he also visited a Chick-fil-A on campus. He also appears to be carrying a backpack that suddenly disappears from the camera’s view. Shortly afterward, he is allegedly seen walking around campus with a limp. It is difficult to tell from the distant footage, but this law enforcement witness claims you can see Robinson getting onto the rooftop. The witness claims Robinson gets off the roof and flees after he shot Charlie Kirk. Later, Robinson was later pulled over by a police officer. The witness says the interaction between Robinson and the officer gave him an instinct and he made a note of Robinson's information. That officer later reported the interaction and claims it was Charlie Kirk murder suspect that was pulled over.

Just one week after Charlie Kirk was assassinated, Candace went on her podcast and shared the viral photo of Tyler Robinson sitting inside a Dairy Queen on 9/10 wearing a maroon shirt, jeans, white sneakers, and a hat. She argued there was no way a “stone cold killer” would casually stop for DQ just hours after the shooting. She also claimed his clothing didn’t match the images released at the time and dismissed it all as “fed slop.” She further insisted there was no surveillance footage of Robinson on the UVU campus and nothing showing him inside his Dodge Challenger. 🔥👀WOW.. NEW FOOTAGE SHOWS TYLER ROBINSON ON UVU CAMPUS. It shows him arriving in his car at the parking garage. It appears he was SCOUTING because he went to the Quad to talk to TPUSA members. My guess is to likely see the tent set up and figure out exactly when Charlie Kirk would arrive. He also went to get Chick Fil A. They are likely gonna have footage of him sitting and eating there as well. There is going to be footage of Tyler Robinson all over this campus is my guess. 👀Jack Posobiec

So I dug into the videos to see what these influencers actually said. The clear footage everyone kept calling "4K" was never of the rooftop. It's the stairwell footage, Robinson walking through the building, close and sharp enough to ID him. So Candace Owens points at the rooftop shot, says "there's your mythical 4K video, the influencers lied through their teeth," and moves on. Jack Posobiec was in the courtroom.
