They did nothing to show they could put together a 9-min drive to kill the clock. Bart's other great point: you take it 1st & score, now Love gets 4 downs instead of 3.

This isn’t rocket science, everyone knows this. Except the coaching staff apparently.

In a low scoring defensive game there’s no reason to receive first. Green Bay didn’t move the ball all day and only needing a field goal to win has a far higher chance of success.
