While the vast majority of American farmers have already locked in their fertilizer for the 2026 growing season, we’re also looking out for those who haven’t. Trump, through his Department of Agriculture, just slashed over $1 billion in funding that fed vulnerable American children and families—literally ripping food from the mouths of hungry kids. Not only is this an attack on America's most disadvantaged, but local farmers nationwide—who relied heavily on this funding—are furious and devastated. Trump's cruelty isn't just hurting hungry families; he's stabbing hardworking American farmers in the back, destroying their livelihoods in the process.
