Krishnamoorthi: It seems there was a lot of care taken to redact any reference to Trump—but not nearly as much care taken to protect the names of survivors. That lack of care may itself be a message to survivors: don’t push it, because if you do, we’ll keep releasing documents in ways that could prejudice you.
