In this video, you can clearly see a man running on foot while an agent in a pickup truck accelerates directly at him. At the very last second, the man shifts his body, narrowly avoiding what would almost certainly have been a near-fatal impact. Instead, he’s struck and rolls, managing to get back up. And then, he’s immediately surrounded by multiple agents and detained. Let’s be absolutely clear, this was not a pursuit involving weapons, not an imminent threat.
