Bashar al-Assad speaking about neoliberalism

as much as i like bashar, this is one of his shortfallings. He funnily doesnt mention the privatizations that is essential to neoliberalism - since he did that. Obviously its nothing like the shock therapy Jolani is doing now, but it was unprecedented in 2000s syria.
