Basically I went cold turkey with the whole drinking everyday thing plus I was mixing a “substance” with my workout plan which caused heart palpitations… and a bish almost fainted chi …. But I’m fine now.. STILL GOING TO MY MIAMI/ORLANDO TRIP IN 20 DAYS.

One year ago today I was almost home from a chase out in west Texas, and the last thing I expected was a cow to be in the middle lanes of 820 in north Fort Worth. Going highway speed in the dark didn’t give me time to react at all, and I hit the cow, airbags went off, and I almost lost control. My Rav was totaled, arm cut up from the airbag (still have half of the Toyota USA emblem scarred into my arm), but overall blessed that it wasn’t a worse outcome.

In my 40s, life feels a lot better. I’ve finally learned to be honest. I’m not afraid to say ‘I was wrong’ or ‘I need a break.’ These days, it’s more about peace of mind and staying healthy. The fire’s still there, just more focused. I don’t rush, but I know I’m going far.

Fun fact, I made it to Turkey in March but it was a trip meant for a few hours. My battery died & my charger wasn’t compatible with their sockets + the hotel didn’t have one either. I was solo traveling so for safety reasons I had to go back to the airport. We’ll try again soon!

My wifey found him!!!!!! 2 miles into the Forrest! We ran into some campers that saw him and split up into two directions. Wifey actually climbed up to the top of the mountain and found him hiding from wolves and coyotes and bears in like a rock cave. She took a video and saw his eyes glowing and he was keeping quiet which was smart cause of predators I had just buried my little dog after 20 years together and Bruno is only 4 so I feared the worst and wifey kept saying she’ll find him and she did in pitch black dark with just a flashlight after almost 5hrs Sorry for the drama but I had a presentation planned and my 11yr old daughter ran up and told me that one of the smaller kids opened one of the sliding doors and he went exploring but we have some construction going on so he couldn’t get to the park that we normally go to next to my house and he crossed a dark semi busy highway which was a first and ended up 2 miles into a pitch black Forrest How she found him I still don’t know. I had grabbed my tent ready to sleep the night deep in the woods too. But I got lucky, he’s the sweetest animal and my best friend we do everything together everyday and he sleeps in my bed with me every night so I was heart broken until my wife faced time’d me and said look who I found and I bust into tears of joy not gonna lie and said how the F did you find him, and she said his magical glowing eyes and for the first time I laughed and could feel my heart fill with joy Sorry for the long story.

Posted this on IG to go along with William Regal on head bumps. Though this was not what I was going for, but extremely lucky I was fine and finished the match. My Neck was def sore for a while, but I made my Lucha underground debut the next day after this.

Went Blackpool may bank holiday weekend all I could smell for 3 days was weed and the place is rife with drug addicts which is ashame as I used to love going Blackpool but it’s not a place to take children anymore.

Good morning!😊 I slept like a log last night. Sure enough, my whole body is sore this morning. Yesterday's workout was really great!🙌💪 I finally got out of bed and am massaging myself with my massage gun. (Still wearing my mouthguard)😅 I'm going to get ready and head to the gym now!😆 Everyone, please stay safe! And may you all have a pleasant and happy day!🫶🤗
