Yes it is. If you do it regularly and have a good trust level with your cat , its super easy to bathe them. I bathe my cat weekly

I really like people who at least give their cat a shower once a week.

If they’re housecats you don’t need to bathe them, it’s actually harmful for them.

Bathing a cat easily sounds fake. Most cats react like you’re trying to erase their entire bloodline with shampoo. 🤣

You really don't need to bathe a cat, unless it's a certain circumstance like they rolled in mud or something. I certainly wouldn't do it regularly. Their dermis is very different from humans.

Years ago had to leave town for a funeral and kenneled my two cats who both got ringworm. Went to bath the first one the first time and no problem, he’s a big teddy bear. Went to bath my girl cat same as the boy and she bit me😂 only time ever too. Not that easy at all.

Oh my cat did bite me on the arm. Not deep or badly but she did not do well. For the remaining baths I had her by the back of the neck so she couldn’t get me and I wore a long welding glove so she couldn’t scratch me either.

It is not necessary to bathe a cat unless they are unable to do so themselves or they've gotten into something they shouldn't/can't lick off. They are self-cleaning. This one seems to enjoy, 99.5% of them do NOT & will shred you😂Even my water-loving cat hated being bathed.

Depends on the cat personality. Some love it. Some go absolutely feral as if they’re dying when you bath them.
