As a kid I was confused by batman dropping the kryptonite in a glass of water made it stop affecting Superman. Turns out, that *is* how it works. Water is a very effective radiation absorber.

I love this clip because it has both Superman's theme and Batman's theme. The hope of Superman's theme is dominated by Batman's when Superman is thrown, then the re-calibration of the music trying to find a middle ground between them. It's great storytelling.
