For those saying the right lane guy is going slow, this ain’t need for speed. Clearly he’s driving around 60, which is within city limits. Some of yall think the right lane is there for racing speeds.

First they should know right lane is fast lane and left lane is slow lane, in sri lanka people still don't know of this rule,and also right lane is overtaking lane, if vehicle going in constant speed then they should move for left lane

Shouldn’t have been overtaking on the left. Also, CEB is routinely guilty of being lazy in not relocating electricity columns after a riad expansion and placing them to close to traffic
