Battlefield 1943 (2009)

What a time to be a gamer 🥹

1943 proved a shooter doesn't need a huge map list. a handful of maps and people played it for years

This is the best game of all time.

I remember when this came out, it was cheap (like one of those $20 indie Xbox 360 games or something) and it was like opening a present that you did not expect to be so awesome

You have no Idea the hours… This was the pinnacle of battlefield multiplayer online

This game was alot of fun

Honestly one of my favorite and most simple battlefield

God they need to bring this back

I played this game on and off for over a decade. It was always installed on every Xbox and it was always populated. Most importantly; it was always fun. RIP to this game

An amazing game

How comes 1943 is never brought up by BF fans online? Genuinely didn't know it was released in '09.

We need more level ground 'everyone has the same kits' multiplayer shooters like this again. Your action and strategy turned the game around, not the stats if the weapons you have

Would love to play this game again 😢

OG Xbox had great graphics

your telling me the game I loved came out in 2009??? The audio quality was fucking immaculate damnnnn

fun game

I miss this game so much

whenever i was bored and wanted a quick game before bed id fire this up

This game really needed more maps and Factions

2006-2013 was a great era of gaming

Never got to 100% this game. I missed it! FUCK!

Absolutely goated game. Why can't we get this remade instead of pumping out more AI generated slop COD games every year?!?!

I noticed how when the guy gets hit he isn't killed instantaneously, he gets to keep playing.

Will never forgive them for shutting down the servers 😭

Best battlefields can't believe they killed servers

Such a fun game

you can still play this online with rpcs3, just input custom DNS 67.222.156.250

Classic👌👌

i'd enlist, but the first passing jeep would file me under airborne debris

Goat

I need pc port

This and Cod 3 😭😭
