Oh my god… did anyone’s fwmc package arrive without being damaged? I’m starting to think this is actually a serious issue now.

That really sucks and looks like you weren't the only one, saw tons of people post similar issues with their merch getting destroyed

My Raora card never came with my valentines merch 🥹 They are getting lazy with this stuff

All they had to do was put it in a toploader before sending They're like 5 bux for 25 of them and it would've protected it I buy MTG cards online all the time and they ship them in them or use one taped to each side to protect a stack of cards

I once bought two special limited-edition Yu-Gi-Oh! cards, and that’s how they arrived; it gives me the impression that the person doing the packing either does it very half-heartedly or just throws them in wherever.

Reach out to Cover to see if you can get a replacement, if you haven't already! My Mococo plushie's voice box didn't work for some reason, and after reaching out to them, Cover has shipped out an entire replacement plushie.

It hurts to see the precious merch in that horrible state. I wonder if it's something specific to the fwmc batch as I don't recall seeing anything like this reported for other holo merch. Maybe they hired a different packing company? 🤔

wtf I also had my package with these plush come in horrible condition. I was so worried as my Suisei LP was in the box too 😭Luckily it seems only the packaging on the fwmc boxes was damaged for me but what a shitty situation.

My Bae anniversary set for delivered in a shipping bag where it arrived with the end completely ripped open and just full on missing the plushie keychain. Waiting to hear from support.

This is the worst thing I’ve ever seen! My mococo merch arrived very nicely packaged but fuwawa’s was packaged poorly and the plushy box was dented a lot, also the signed cheki was underneath one of my box flaps with no protection at all so it easily could’ve ended up like yours.

Put the card in the middle of an hard cover book and leave it for a week.

I decided to start shipping everything through Tenso from now on. It's not cheaper, but at least I know my stuff isn't going to get ruined. I get that things are difficult, but there's no point in ordering merch if the shipping is such a stress point.

That sucks to see, my box came dented and I was lucky my signed card was on the opposite side of the dent but the plushie’s box was dented like yours 😔

OH MY GOD THATS SO AWFUL WTF I was worried bc the delivery box of mine was kinda rouged up, thankfully nothing inside was damaged… Whatever new shipping company they’re using NEEDS to get it together or be fired this is actually disgusting, NEVER saw this nonsense with DHL…
