On 28th April 2026, the Deputy Inspector General of the Kenya Police Service, Eliud Lagat, visited the Kenya Police Ngong Training Camp and pledged to provide our athletes with a modern, dedicated training facility. Today, he returned to inspect the ongoing construction of the new sports field, which will feature modern running tracks and specialized training facilities designed to support high-performance athletics. MBAVU DESTROYER ‼️ Like I promised earlier to support Mbavu Destroyer, today we met and I have officially enrolled him in a one-month intensive training program to prepare for the upcoming competition against Majembe. He will be trained by an internationally recognized boxing coach to sharpen his skills, improve his fitness, and build the strength and discipline needed at the highest level. We are going to prepare for nothing less than victory. I remain confident that with proper training, focus, and determination, he will perform well and make us proud. Morocco is training at the The Pingry School. Switzerland is at the San Diego Jewish Academy (SDJA). Croatia is at EHS: The High School. We’re talking about campuses with: - Multiple soccer fields - Grass and turf surfaces - Private athletic entrances - Media center conversions - Expanded training areas - Upgraded equipment In some cases, the facilities rival or exceed what professional teams use in other parts of the world. That says a lot about U.S. sports infrastructure especially at the school and academy level. The World Cup isn't just showcasing American cities. #youthsports
