#HRW #ConspiTheories #Rwanda The spread of conspiracy theories & hate ideology by Lewis Mudge & Human Rights Watch. โ—พ๏ธIn a recent UK formal session of the Joint Committee on human rights, Lewis Mudge, Central Africa Director at Human Rights Watch supported conspiracy theories targeting Rwanda. โ—พ๏ธHis obsessive attacks targeting Rwanda are part of a larger conspiracy campaign by Human Rights Watch, which has been extensively demonstrated in Richard Johnson's 2013 book The Travesty of Human Rights Watch on Rwanda. โ—พ๏ธDuring the session, Lewis Mudge supported the double-genocide theory, which is a conspiracy theory, developed by the perpetrators & deniers of the 1994 genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda, which contends that the RPF, the current ruling party which stopped the genocide in 94, allegedly killed hundreds of thousands of Hutu in Rwanda and Congo, following the genocide. โ—พ๏ธDespite ample evidence that these allegations aren't true, as reiterated by researcher, journalist & expert Linda Melvern, Lewis Mudge & HRW continue to spread the unfounded claims that Rwanda has been committing massacres in Congo since 94. โ—พ๏ธThese false allegations have led to the anti-๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ณ/๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡ผ/๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ท/๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ demonstrations taking place in several cities in Europe, North America, and Congo and are part of the politically instrumentalized campaigns Free Congo & Genocost (as shown by Franรงois Soudan in his recent interview with Jeune Afrique). โ—พ๏ธEvidence provided by journalists, historians, former French dignitaries, and French military staff, who were deployed in Rwanda & Zaire as part of the TURQUOISE operation, have proved that hundreds of thousands of genocide perpetrators, including leading masterminds of the genocide, had fled from Rwanda into Zaire, and other neighboring countries, as well as throughout Europe. โ—พ๏ธYet, Lewis Mudge, in a tweet posted on April 6th 2023, presented those PERPETRATORS who fled into Zaire with weapons, including machetes they used to kill Tutsi, as VICTIMS. The machetes can be seen in the picture Lewis Mudge posted in his tweet. This mirror accusation method, which consists in reversing the roles between victims and perpetrators, was one of the central tactic used by the masterminds of the 94 genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda which killed 1M people. Russian politicians, journalists, and public figures who have fallen victim to Putin's regime: โ—พ๏ธ Galina Starovoytova (killed on November 20, 1998) A State Duma deputy and advisor to President Yeltsin. She fought for the lustration of KGB officers and opposed the growing influence of security services in politics. She was shot in the entryway of her apartment building in St. Petersburg. The mastermind and motives of the crime were never established. At that time, Putin was a director of the Federal Security Service. โ—พ๏ธ Artyom Borovik (died on March 9, 2000) A journalist and head of the Sovershenno Sekretno (Top Secret) publishing house. Known for his scathing publications on corruption and the hidden aspects of the Russian government. He died in a plane crash. Officially, the cause was crew error, but there were rumors that the plane had been blown up. Borovik was called a "powerful civil counterweight" to Putin and the KGB. โ—พ๏ธ Sergey Yushenkov (killed on April 17, 2003) A State Duma deputy and co-chair of the Liberal Russia party. He was one of those who publicly questioned the FSB's version of the 1999 apartment bombings and accused the authorities of provocations. He was shot near the entrance of his apartment building in Moscow. โ—พ๏ธ Yury Shchekochikhin (died on July 3, 2003) A journalist for the Novaya Gazeta newspaper and a State Duma deputy. He conducted high-profile journalistic investigations, including those involving the FSB and the 1999 apartment bombings. He suddenly fell ill and died from a severe toxic-allergic syndrome. According to colleagues, within two weeks, he aged drastically, his hair fell out in clumps, and nearly all the skin literally peeled off his body. The symptoms resembled thallium poisoning. โ—พ๏ธ Anna Politkovskaya (killed on October 7, 2006) A journalist for Novaya Gazeta. She wrote the truth about the war in Chechnya, torture and punitive operations by law enforcers, and the crimes of Ramzan Kadyrov and his fighters. She accused Putin of turning Russia into a police state. She was shot in the elevator of her apartment block in Moscow on Putin's birthday. The perpetrators ended up in the dock, but the masterminds behind the murder were never identified. โ—พ๏ธ Alexander Litvinenko (died on November 23, 2006) A former FSB officer who fled to the United Kingdom. In his books and interviews, he accused Russian security services of terrorism and organizing the 1999 apartment bombings. He died in London after being poisoned with polonium-210. A British investigation concluded that the murder was "probably" approved personally by Putin. โ—พ๏ธ Natalya Estemirova (killed on July 15, 2009) A journalist and human rights activist. She collected evidence of abductions, torture, and extrajudicial killings in Chechnya. She was kidnapped from her home in Grozny and was soon found dead with gunshot wounds. No one was convicted of her murder. โ—พ๏ธ Sergey Magnitsky (died on November 16, 2009) A lawyer for the Hermitage Capital fund who uncovered a major fraud scheme in Russia's tax service and the interior ministry. After he reported the crime, he himself was accused of fraud and arrested. He died in a pre-trial detention center. Before his death, he was beaten and denied medical care. His death led to the adoption in the US of the Magnitsky Act, which imposed personal sanctions on Russian citizens responsible for human rights violations in Russia. โ—พ๏ธ Boris Nemtsov (killed on February 27, 2015) One of the most prominent opposition leaders of the 2000s. He criticized Putin for aggression against Ukraine and corruption, and was preparing a report on the war in Donbas. He was shot just a few hundred meters from the Kremlin. The perpetrators from Chechnya were convicted, but the masterminds were never found. โ—พ๏ธ Alexei Navalny (died on February 16, 2024) In 2020, he survived poisoning with the Novichok agent. After treatment, he returned to Russia and was arrested. He was sentenced to 19 years in a maximum security penal colony. On February 16, 2024, he died in prison under mysterious circumstances. On September 17, Yulia Navalnaya stated that her husband had been poisoned in colony. This conclusion was reached by two laboratories that examined biological material. There is no doubt that Navalny was killed on Putin's orders.

As Mr. Rubio has kindly informed us earlier, today is Russia day. I've prepared several facts of what Putin's rule has brought Russia to in the past 25 years. โ—พ๏ธ Finances: The Russian government plans to revise the federal budget for 2025, increasing the deficit by 250% โ€“ from $12 billion to $42 billion. The official inflation rate is supposedly 7.6%, but according to estimates by the Foreign Intelligence Service, real inflation in Russia already exceeds 20%. According to the US Department of Defense, Russia has spent at least $250 billion on the war against Ukraine since the start of the full-scale invasion. Russia's economic losses from the war and sanctions are around $1.3 trillion. At the same time, according to the Federal State Statistics Service, 12.6 million Russians were living below the poverty line in 2024. But Putin does not care about the standard of living in Russia. โ—พ๏ธ Demographic decline and huge losses on the front lines: Since the full-scale invasion, according to various estimates, between 650,000 and 1.3 million Russians have left the country. More than 1 million have been killed and injured in the war. Russia has been flooded with criminals who received amnesty for participating in the war in Ukraine. Crime levels have risen dramatically in Russia. โ—พ๏ธ Oil: Due to sanctions, Russia has lost its rich Western markets and is forced to sell oil to China at bargain prices. Currently, Russian oil is sold in the ports of Primorsk and Novorossiysk for approximately $47-49 per barrel, which is significantly lower than the budgeted figure of $69.7. As a result, Russia's annual oil and gas revenues could fall by up to 30%, or $30-40 billion, which is almost equal to the entire Russian budget deficit for the current year. โ—พ๏ธ Military: The Russian army has long lost its status as the "second" in the world and has turned into a bunch of looters and criminals, "cannon fodder" that is thrown into battle for a forest area near another destroyed Ukrainian village. โ—พ๏ธ Navy: Ukrainian drones and missiles are methodically turning the Black Sea Fleet into an underwater fleet. Moreover, recently the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) blew up the Crimean (Kerch) Bridge for the third time. โ—พ๏ธ Space: In 2024, Russia launched only 17 rockets into space. By comparison, the US launched 152 rockets and China launched 65. A place in the top three with a score of 17 is little consolation, especially considering that New Zealand launched 13 rockets in 2024. Under international sanctions, Russia cannot purchase expensive microchips and other necessary equipment. โ—พ๏ธ Attacks on Russia: Since the beginning of 2025, more than 17 attacks have been carried out on oil depots and refineries in Russia. In 2024, Ukrainian drones attacked oil refineries and fuel depots in Russia, annexed Crimea, and occupied territories of Ukraine at least 81 times. โ—พ๏ธ Aviation: The SBU struck four strategic airfields in different regions of Russia with drones. The total losses of enemy aircraft amount to 41 units, including A-50, Tu-95, Tu-22, Tu-160, An-12, and Il-78 aircraft. The operation weakened Russia's strike capabilities by 20-30%. Military experts around the world, commenting on the SBU's special operation, called the actions of Putin's FSB, which allowed everything to happen right under its nose, one of the biggest failures in the history of the Russian special services. ๐Ÿ“น: Russian cemeteries in Vladivostok and Krasnoyarsk region.
