This is the #1 news show in France, and the host - David Pujadas - asks the pundits around the table (a sample of the top media figures in France) if they can name 3 living Chinese people. That's it: they just need to say the names of 3 living Chinese people, anyone. This should be extremely easy. Yet not of a single one of them can name a single Chinese beyond Xi Jinping. They do not know a single living Chinese person beyond the president. That's the level of ignorance of China we're dealing with in the West today, in 2026. Chinese netizens are outraged and seeking the deportation of a foreign social media influencer who posted prank movies framing Chinese people for stealing and mocking them to see how they react. In a TikTok video posted three days ago, the lady seized a Chinese girl's phone and accused the store clerk of stealing it. She enjoyed the Chinese's uneasiness and captioned the photo, "I heard there are no thieves in China." She pulled another prank in which she touched random Chinese men on the subway and recorded their uncomfortable reactions. Furious Chinese internet users speculated that one of the guys she touched, who appeared visibly surprised and traumatized, might be a minor. Tens of thousands of incensed Chinese have taken to Weibo to demand that the foreign social media influencer be deported from China, with the hashtag "Foreign Social Media Influncer Slanders Chinese" rising to the top of the trending topics. I often post one of dozens of surveys conducted by Harvard, Latana, and others showing that Chinese people report they are 'satisfied' with or 'approve of' the Chinese government in Beijing. A lot of data also reports on Chinese satisfaction with their democracy. Folks, ignorant about China, often exclaim that Chinese people are forced to respond in such ways. This is a ludicrous cope. Here is a video of people who pay for a service to be filmed crossing China's Palace Museum, in front of Chairman Mao, carrying flags of the PRC. There are thousands of such videos on Chinese social media. Their love of China reflects my own 13 years of talking with regular Chinese people, everyday. The vast majority of Chinese people ADORE the PRC and the CPC too. These are FACTS.

Just 3-4 years ago, people saying the same thing as this BBC journalist would have been the subject of BBC hit-pieces explaining they were malignant "Chinese propagandists." I'm not exaggerating, it literally happened. Check this 2021 BBC article on "the foreigners in China’s disinformation drive" ( framing foreign vloggers who speak positively about China as "foreign faces who can help sell government messaging overseas." Fast-forward to now and the BBC **themselves** are now saying that "China is owning the future" of global power (that's literally the title of the video: that China "doesn't demand fealty, doesn't demand you adopt its ideology," that countries are "flocking" to do deals with Beijing and that China is, "for all intents and purposes, a lovely place to live." Turns out those of us who said all this years ago weren't propagandists, we were just early 😉

In response to the baseless accusations of doping leveled against Chinese athletes, Chinese swimmer Zhang Yufei questioned western media outlets as to why western athletes such as Phelps and Ledecky are not questioned when they perform well, but Chinese athletes who win medals should be questioned. Zhang claimed that the drug tests had already shown whether or not the Chinese had been "doped". If some people still do not believe that then it is pointless for the Chinese to present more responses. Chinese people typically adhere to the principle of "息事宁人," which entails avoiding conflict and putting up with unfair treatment in order to ensure everyone's happiness. However, today's youth in China are more likely than older generations to stand up and demand equality. The interview with Pan Zhanle yesterday that revealed prejudice against the Chinese and Zhang's inquiries towards the Western media are two excellent examples. The younger generation in China is becoming increasingly self-assured and courageous, and they are not afraid to stand out against prejudice and bullying. I feel proud.

A mainland Chinese visitor asked me not only to post about the terrible floods in China, but also to post a video about the cleaning after the floods. So here is a video about cleaning and it shows again, how bad these poor common Chinese people suffered because the CCP is not able to avoid these floods that happen every year several times in China. By the way, I cannot detect a single PLA soldier helping in this video.

When you finally arrive in China for the first time, from the West, you will experience two distinct sets of feelings. One, you will realize China is astoundingly modern, clean efficient, and infrastructure is beyond compare, alongside the fact that Chinese people are kind. But also, you will understand how Western legacy media has decieved you, either by design or lack of insight. And you will further lose trust in the ability of Western media to tell you the truth about China, and possibly, the world in general.

Can you believe this is a US NAVY Recruiting Office in Alhambra, CA? EVERY recruiter here is Chinese, as well as all the people coming to enlist. The working language here is also Chinese. The video was filmed by a Chinese language YouTuber, and the US NAVY recruiter who took him there to film all this is EN2 QLANG WANG. In the description box of this video on YouTube, which was uploaded on Dec 1, 2024, QLANG WANG's contact information is provided, and what concerns me is that the first option listed is his WeChat ID. The telephone number of the office comes as the second choice. As all data on WeChat is controlled by the CCP, this at least gives the CCP access to the personal data of all those who apply to join the US NAVY and who are admitted. The second question is: Why is this office staffed exclusively by Chinese individuals? The other day, I shared a video where a Chinese-American military member said that if the US goes to war with China, he would quit the US army because he doesn't want to fight against China. If all these Chinese people recruited through this office feel the same, what will happen? And a worse-case scenario is: What if some of them are recruited by the CCP as spies? Or perhaps they already are spies? One thing I am sure of, from listening to their accent, is that they all come from mainland China, everyone in this video. And the title of the original Chinese language video is: "How Desperate Are Chinese People to Join the US Military? They're Overwhelming Recruitment Offices, Each with Their Own Reasons for Enlisting" The Chinese word used is "中國人", which can be translated as Chinese people, or more precisely, people from PRC, or people of PRC. They're Overwhelming Recruitment Offices, Each with Their Own Reasons for Enlisting" The Chinese word used is "中國人", which can be translated as Chinese people, or more precisely, people from PRC, or people of PRC. In the mind or subconsciousness of the YouTuber who shot this video, all these people still belong to the PRC.
