BBC Scotland invited three Labour supporters onto its Debate Night panel on the eve of the by-election. On the morning of the by-election it ran an anti-SNP attack piece using cancer care. The broadcaster remains the SNP's biggest opponent.

Remember this entirely BBC fabricated lie just two days before the indyref? The BBC will keep doing what it does until there are repercussions for its actions.

The SNP needs to urgently introduce legislation making it a criminal offence for broadcasters to show favour to any side during an election, making everyone from presenters to directors to CEOs personally liable to prosecution.
