Radio Scotland Breakfast today reported claims of a "crisis" in Scottish high courts. Who made this claim? The presenters didn't say. We checked. As far as we can tell nobody has used the word 'crisis'. It appears to have come from the two presenters themselves. We checked the BBC Scotland article and listened to the BBC Scotland interview with the Chief Executive of the Scottish Courts and Tribunal Service. We checked the STV online article. No sign of anyone warning about a 'crisis' or using the word at all.

No Mark, you are borrowing money, that will cost Canadian taxpayers interest and will need to be paid back, on programs that you hope will generate ROI. In finance, it's called a leverage. He is trying to call this a leverage except that the government won't own any assets with this but hopes to generate additional economic spending that will cover the cost of this spending and the borrowing that will need to be paid back.
