The BBC documentary was made when Ghana's economy was tumbling & inflation had skyrocketed to over 50%. That was in 2022 period. Ghana's credit rating downgraded & was cut off from the international market. Today Ghana has made $350M payment to bond holders. Not broke, heh.

Not to say what the President said is true or not it maybe inaccurate but this video is also a bit misleading to the Context of the speech in that this video was shot in 2023… he that comes with equity must come with clean hands 🙌
