Government doesn’t create jobs, or generate wealth for British Columbians. The private sector does. David Eby inherited a surplus and has driven B.C. into near record debt. Eby’s government believes they create wealth and prosperity in their offices in Victoria. The B.C. Conservatives know where wealth is created in this province, and that is in communities like Prince George, Smithers, and Kitimat.

Let’s get one thing straight: Alberta does not “fund B.C.” — and B.C. isn’t some poor, helpless province clinging to Alberta’s wallet. They’ve got a booming economy, fat revenue streams, and oh yeah… a massive pipeline that everyone is lining up to applaud. Good for them. Seriously. Build it. Grow your economy. That’s what every province should be allowed to do. But here’s the part that magically gets ignored: If B.C. can build a pipeline and cash in, why does Alberta instantly get cast as the national villain for wanting to do the exact same thing? Why is resource development “visionary” for one province but “evil” when Alberta touches it? This isn’t about handouts. It’s not about who “deserves” more. It’s about the basic concept of fairness — you know, that thing Ottawa loves to preach but rarely practices. Alberta is done being told to sit quietly in the corner while other provinces run the same playbook and get showered with praise. If fairness actually means something in this country, it can’t magically stop at the B.C. border. Alberta has every right to build, grow, and protect its economy. And Alberta is CLEARLY done apologizing for it.

Rumour has it that Carney may be about to announce a deal with the United States that removes sanctions on steel and aluminum, while tariffs on B.C. softwood lumber not only remain in place, but may actually increase. We cannot negotiate trade deals that work for industries in one part of the country, while permanently screwing over workers in another. B.C. and Canada have the world’s best forestry workers on the planet – in any deal signed with the Americans, they should not be left behind! 🇨🇦

I will die on a hill that what Steph accomplished in his career is more IMPRESSIVE than Bron and KD. Curry is guarded like this nightly and has no physical advantages. Dude has a below average build for a NBA guy. Bron is a superhuman 6’9” 250 built like a tight end but moves like a nimble guard. He has a physical advantage and outmuscles the defense 95% of the time. KD at 7 feet has a height advantage on 95% of the defense and can just shoot over everyone. (🎥 raw_nba_highlights IG)
