Grogu was a backbling they don’t wanna give him away for free to everyone who purchased it like the other pet backblings because they know he would make a lot of money as a sidekick they don’t know what to do

They could bring pretty much all the smaller droids from that new mode as sidekicks as well as making the b1 and b2 super battle droids skins. 😩
