And to make it even more fair politicians should do the same. IQ <110 - your vote on topics in the parliament doesn’t count. IQ < 120 - you can’t become a president.

The entire system of democracy and Republicanism is not working--and cannot any more than Communism and socialism. Totalitarianism and dictatorship is unthinkable. Volunteerism/anarchy.... to those few who think this will work? Oh my... We will be awakening in the next century or so to the only thing that will work. And it will be surprising to all.

He is not making a case just for repealing the female vote. He is making a case for moving to a stakeholder based voting system, which is the correct answer. Sex is not a good enough indicator or control mechanism alone.

18 year old males can vote because they still have to register for the military draft and be sent to war. 18 year old females are allowed to vote because they bitched about 18 year old males being allowed to vote. So if you want to raise the age to vote then you have to raise the age to be drafted and sent to war. Saying we no longer have the draft is a weak response because the draft is still a thing. It's just not used now. It will be again if the country decides it needs it.

In my opinion, it shouldn't just be land ownership that makes you a stakeholder, though. That might have worked back then, but the landscape has changed. You were buying in back then, And it was cheaper mostly because you could just build a cabin with zero electricity or water, and then you were a stakeholder. But there are many ways to buy in now. And I have no problem with women being a stakeholder, but I think women and men who have nothing to lose vote against the best interest of everyone just to benefit themselves. For example, if a politician said he he was going to print 1 trillion dollars for every citizen, why wouldn't dumb people vote for him? A stakeholder would realize how bad this would be for the country right off the bat, but dumb people would have to be convinced since they have nothing to lose.

18-year-olds are allowed to vote because 18-year-olds are allowed to be told to go die. If we change the draft to 25 years old after the brain has been fully developed. Then we can change the law on the age.

I think there should be a test that we have to take to prove we know the functions of government and have the emotional control to vote rationally. We have to take a test to get other licenses, like weapons permits and driving, should be the same for voting.

The US blew up the system in 1803 by instituting a Judicial Tyranny (Marbury v Madison) and under Pres Wilson when Senators were selected by popular election, not by States. THEN we continued the decline with woman's sufferage and 18 year olds voting.
