Currently in Vietnam. We knew a 16-year girl traveling out of town with couple similar age friends to celebrate the new year. Vietnam is pretty safe without certain demographics.

It looked like this back in 2007 too, during the day you'd hardly see a German as they were working while everyone else was outside cafes. Locals know this so they avoid the areas which further removes them from the public eye. Would you want to be in the middle of that?
