First of all, these apps are only found on Dark webs not on playstore and it's a particular group of hackers that developed them and charge subscription fees for the amount of flash balance u want in the wallet. I.e 5M for 100k 15M for 300k e.t.c U will end up been scamed too

This a simple logic when u're to receive money frm someone. Always be calm to check ur balance if it has top up balance. Any money that was transferred to you nd ur balance didn't top up. That's fake transfer
